Bob is without a doubt, the best carpet cleaner I have ever seen. He gets stains out of carpets that other companies leave behind. He is punctual, diligent, hard working, and never leaves a trace of water mess behind. He is so good that I almost hate to rave about him in case he becomes to hard to schedule!

I have used this provider twice and will use him in the future. He arrives on time in his business truck. He hauls in a single piece of equipment -- a large vaccuum hose attched to a rug-cleaning vacuum thingy -- and the whole apparaus remains attched to the truck. It's very simple and efficient. He moves smaller pieces of furniture and puts them back in place. He is careful not to make a mess or leave any kind of mess behind. The carpet is delightfully clean and fresh when he leaves. (We have cats!) He starts at the farthest point from the door he came through and backs up as he cleans. It is a surprisingly fast, efficient and hassle-free service.

We have used this special a couple of times now with pretty good success. There is one pet stain area that we have had trouble with and only the most recent time did the tech try a more aggressive measure. But to be fair we are not 100% sure if our dog is re-soiling the area or not. Otherwise He has been great.

This is by far the best carpet cleaning that I have ever had. The difference is amazing. I had no idea that my carpet was so dirty. The obvious difference as he was cleaning was unbelievable. It made me ashamed to think that my carpeting was so filthy. He will be coming back in six months to do all of my carpets again. He is just a complete professional in work, manners and appearance. May he never retire.

He was excellent and I would hire him again. He left a bottle of upholstery and carpet cleaner as a gift. He is really nice.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and we liked it very much. We plan to call the gentleman back and have him come back out again this spring. My carpeting contained the right amount of moisture and did not take too long to dry. He moved small furniture and worked around larger furniture. He did a really nice job of protecting walls and things around the house. He was careful not to mark up the walls and were polite and kind. I thought the price was a very good deal and he was very punctual.

My experience with Cleaning Edge, Inc. went okay. I thought it would be more like, you know, when a truck comes, with a wand and the hose, and they hook it all up and suck everything in. They used more of like a chemical, putting down and just kind of brushing it in. I don't know I'm just old school or what. He did an okay job, I just thought it didn't seem as clean as I seen it, with the typical other type of system. They did state what they use, but I guess I just overlooked it. It wasn't necessarily him or the company, I just assumed it was different. He came out and did the job, but it felt like it was definitely cleaner, when you do it the old way.

He did an okay job and we weren't as impressed with him as we thought we would be. When he was cleaning the chairs for the dining room table, he didn't do too good of a job on some of them and others I think he totally skipped. My husband said he was in too big of a hurry.

He showed up on time walked through the house with me asked a few questions and then got right to work. It took him about 90 minutes to clean all the areas and this included moving all the furniture except for larger pieces. Everything was put back with foam blocks under the feet to allow for drying time. Carpet was dry to the touch later that same day. Everything was fresh and looked as good as this old carpet is ever going to look. I really appreciate the time he took with me to answer questions before starting too. My only complaint is that it took him a long time to contact me after the initial purchase of the "Big Deal". I made several inquiries via email and Angies list got involved. Once that happened he contacted me right away and things moved forward quickly from that point on.

Robert was very nice to deal with and did an AMAZING job! He made a 15 year old carpet (master bedroom) look like new again! We were getting ready to put our house on the market and he did such a wonderful job that even our realtor asked for his name and number! Very nice, professional, and punctual. I have had carpet cleaners in the past and have never been satisfied - carpet looked not so good shortly after past cleanings. With Cleaning Edge, it is almost 2 months later and the carpet still looks fantastic. I will definitely call Cleaning Edge in the future!

This service was a gift for my daughter, here is what she had to say about the experience: "Bob was very pleasant and professional. I was actually quite surprised that he was willing to come out the day after Christmas, but he did. I guess I just assumed that everyone was off work for the remainder of the week like myself! Bob did a thorough job cleaning both my carpet and sofa. It took him nearly 2 hours to complete the service which I was both surprised and happy about. I was surprised because I'd had my carpet cleaned before and it only took about 30-45 minutes so I was happy that Bob took longer because I felt like he was really taking his time and making sure that he provided a great service, which he did. I told him that my carpet looked as clean and new as it did five years prior when I first had it installed. He also did a nice job on my 10 year old sofa which had become quite dull looking, and acquired a few stains over the years. Arrived on time. Was efficient and effective. Did what he said. Price was reasonable. Very successful experience. This is my carpet-cleaning service from now on.

After cleaning the dog pee soaked carpets I had planned for him, he then explained he could do more for the package I bought. I have antique oriental rugs and have never trusted them to anyone but Oriental rug cleaners who are ridiculously expensive. He assured me he does them and would'nt damage them. Wow! He did an amazing job and I am thrilled. Above and beyond! He even spent a very long time trying to get a metal reaction stain out of one. He tried everything! I wasn't optimistic, but he was determined, alas to no avail, does look better though. He was really great! Thank you!!!
