Rob was on time, very pleasant to work with, spent time making sure I was happy with the results I've had experiences when another company seemed to be racing through the house trying to break a record for how quickly they could get in and out how many houses they could hit in a day. This was NOT the case with Cleaning Edge. I will definitely contact him the next time I need my carpets cleaned. Great Value too!!!!

Cleaning Edge did a wonderful job. The carpet looks amazing. With two large dogs and lots of other traffic on the carpet, I didn't expect it to look great. I just wanted it cleaned. I was very happy with the outcome and have already recommended the Cleaning Edge to my daughter.

We have used Bob several times and we have always been extremely impressed. He's the type of provider that you know will give you more than your moneys worth, but I would also trust him completely do clean our carpets by himself. I will NEVER use anyone else.

He took extra time to spot treat the stains that were present. Very friendly, personable and would recommend him.

We could not be happier with the service provided. Very satisfied with the look of our carpet. I was surprised to see some stains removed that I thought were hopeless. The service was prompt and professional. I plan to use this company in the future, and I have already given contact information for CLEANING EDGE, Inc. to one of my neighbors.

Bob did a great job of cleaning two floors of carpet (including the living room, family room, dining room, stairs, 4 upstairs bedrooms and hallway) that were heavily soiled from pets and spills. I used his Angie's List special offer to clean 1,000 sq. ft for $149. I expected he would need to charge more for extra space, although he did not. He applied special treatments to selected areas and was able to remove spots that we had never been able to remove with over-the-counter or home remedy cleaners. He moved several pieces of furniture to clean the carpet underneath, and then was careful to place protection under all furniture after cleaning. He worked quickly, but thoroughly through the house. It was raining outside, but he was cautious to ensure nothing got tracked in. The carpets looked amazingly better. Bob is a courteous and conscientious service provider. He encouraged me to let him know if any issues arose after he left, as he would want to come back out to try to resolve it. I will definitely use Bob's services again.

Quality of work was excellent

There were some spots that appeared after he shampooed the carpet. He explained the situation and had a technical term for it (can't remember), but he was very responsive in coming back to take care of those. We were very pleased!

Bob was incredibly friendly and personable. He was also thorough and wanted to make sure he did a great job. I appreciated his attention to detail. We will definitely use Cleaning Edge again. My carpets looked and smelled great!!!

Bob did a great job. He called me on Easter evening to remind me of my appointment for Monday. We had an appointment set for 1:00. Bob did call me in advance to that time and let me know he was running about 30 minutes behind. That didn't bother me at all since I knew we were going to be home all day. Bob showed up and we walked through the rooms he was to clean and he started soon after. He completed the work and the carpets look and smell great. He even added an extra room for no charge. I will use this service again. I will also recommend him to anyone I know that needs carpets cleaned.

I thought the carpet was quite wet when he left. Not sure that as much water was removed from the carpet as should have been.

Bob did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in my house. He was even able to get a couple of red stains out of the carpet that I had tried numerous times to remove with not luck. He was on time and professional. This was the second time I've used the Cleaning Edge and I will use them again.

Bob is the name of the person who owns it. My experience with them was great. I wouldn’t blame him for the punctuality because it was on the same week of the storm and everybody was behind schedule. He is great. I have used him before. I would always recommend him. I think he is fabulous and a little bit honest person. I called him because I have pets and there were additional issues in carpet cleaning. He always has done a great job.

Carpet looks great and he provided a cleaner that is better/safer to use on carpets then the spot shot I normally use. Bob called us the day before (on a Sunday) to remind us of our appointments and even called the day of to let us know he was running a few minutes late. Bob has great customer service which is rare these days

If everyone in the world did business the way this man does, we would all be a lot happier! He is professional, courteous, skilled....I cannot say enough good things!

We had the appointment scheduled but we had to cancel because of freezing weather. I had used his services in the past and it was good. I just haven?t scheduled the next appointment yet.

Cleaning Edge did a wonderful job in cleaning my carpet in 3 rooms. Bob was very professional and very thorough in his job. He promptly returned my calls and the job was to start at 9:30. At 9:30 sharp my doorbell rang, it was Bob. He explained everything to me and did a great job getting the pet stains out of the carpet. I will certainly use them again when the time comes to clean any carpets I have.

It was wonderful. He did such a wonderful job. He took his time and gave me some tips on keeping my carpet clean as far as what products to use on some soil barriers. So that was extremely helpful. My carpet just has not looked like it looks now, in years. I have one of those bristle wire cleaners and I've been using that for a bit. I could not get it as clean as he did. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. He is very meticulous, professional, very friendly guy and very accommodating. My schedule has been quite busy for the last few weeks. So Friday was the first time I could get him to come to my home and he was very prompt. He is a very nice man. I just loved talking with him. He is just very friendly and very hardworking.

I was very very happy with the service that Bob provided. He certainly lived up to his reputation on Angie's List. He made the appointment as promised and followed up with a confirmation call. On the day of service he called to see if he could come a little early. A very courteous thing to do. The job he performed was nothing short of amazing. His professionalism and attention to detail make want to give an A+++++ rating if that was possible. I totally feel like I got great service and great value. I will definitely use him again and probably more often now that I know the job he does. Great job and thank you Bob.
