Arrived on time or a little early even. We walked through the house to discuss what I wanted to to and to look for any possible trouble spots. Once we were done with that he got busy and a couple hours later he was done. He did a great job, was professiontal and I will definitely use him again in the future.

It went just fine, very pleased with the results.

I've used him before and he does such a wonderful job. I have a dog and a cat and he always does an excellent job of removing spots and pet hair. He's always on time, prompt, and very reasonable and professional. I would highly recommend him to others.

SuperFantastic, was mother-in-laws home who had a puppy a few months proir to going into assisted living and she really did not keep an eye on the puppy many many peae stains cleaned up . Had an estate sale and lots of ground in foot traffic and mother-in-law tried to use wood stain to deco-actentuate a base for a craft project which was on carpet and not discovered until base was moved. And Robert did an amazing job ,carpets look beautiful and stain is all but gone...

Registered and paid for the Angie's list "Big Deal" which was $149 Eco-Friendly Carpet Cleaning, deodorizing, sanitizing and spot removal from Cleaning Edge. Within just minutes of paying for the service, I received an email from the Cleaning Edge asking me to call to schedule the appointment. Chatted with Bob and he said that he could come over on the 17th. He arrived promptly at the time promised and was quick, efficient, professional and very thorough. He was most pleasant - gave us great carpet maintenance advice and delivered excellent service. It is obvious that Bob takes pride in both his work and company and the results show that. This company did an excellent job and was very reasonable!! My cat used our dining room as the litter box while we were out of town...what a mess!! I was able to get an appointment quickly and he called to confirm the appointment the night before. He was punctual and even called to ask if it was okay to come a little earlier which was great! We have pets and kids so our carpets get dirty frequently. We have never had anyone do such a thorough job! He took his time and made sure the job was done right! Carpets looked great and the stains are gone! He also gave us tips on how to remove future stains. We will be using him again in the future!!

He is great. I would give him an A+. He shows up on time and cleans the carpets. He takes extra car with our cats in making sure they do not get outside. He puts up guards around his pipes so the cats don’t get out. He is a hard worker and gets the work done quickly.

Set an appointment time and was there promptly on time. Although we thought we might need some additional pretreating for some problem areas, we were told that routine pretreating should take care of it and no additional services were needed. (Previous carpet cleaners typically try to talk patron into add on services, this was the opposite experience.) Carpet looked great after cleaning. We were very pleased.

Everything went as planned and requested. Very professional and responsive to our inquiry. We will use them again.

His cleaning system is very thorough and our carpets look absolutely brand new now!! We like his thoroughnss and professionalism. We will definitely be using Bob again!

Robert arrived early with permission, and do a completely detailed cleaning for 1 master bedroom, 1 bedroom, 1 office room, stairs, and 1 living room, kitchen area through cleaning. He didn't rush through but take time and constant working hard to do a very detailed cleaning. My carpet is just like new, and it feels so good!!! Thank you! Will hire you again!

The frigid cold weather was a negative factor in scheduling the appointment but once we got over that hurdle Robert came right away and performed the job.

I was amazed at a number of things with this deal. The first was how much of my house was cleaned for a deal that was for 1000 feet. He cleaned the two upstairs bedrooms, the downstair master bedroom, and the living room dining areas. The next thing was his professionalism and attention to detail. There were pet spots in my house that I had been trying to removes with my steam vac for over three years that he removed right away. I was impressed with the deal and even more impressed with the service. I highly recommend him and plan to use him again.

Bob of Cleaning Edge is a very personable gentleman and was amazingly responsive; beginning with making the appointment all the way through to completion of the appointment. We are extremely pleased with the carpet cleaning job that he completed and the extra tips that he gave us. He was able to remove some stains that we had long thought would be permanent-way to go Bob! Bob has amazing customer service skills and whenever you?re on the telephone with him you'll readily hear the smile in his voice. We will not use anyone else and without hesitation we highly recommend Cleaning Edge. Thanks Bob!!!

He showed up on time for the job. He was extremely personable. After he cleaned the RV, he asked if there was additional work he could do. He cleaned some miscellaneous carpet as well. He is prompt and very flexible with scheduling. I have used him in the past and will use him in future.

He was on time. Very nice and very honest. I purchased the big package for $99.00 for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning. When he arrived (on time) I asked what he would charge to clean a sofa and an extra 5 x 8 area wool rug. We set the price, which was fair, and he efficiently set to work. Upon completion he said the package I purchased included Scotch Guard and he had inadvertently no put it in his truck that morning. He then said it would only be fair to just call it even and not charge for the extra. I would never have known that it wasn't applied. Very honest! I went ahead and gave him a $25 tip as the sofa looked new again and it has not been cleaned in 8 years! The carpets also looked wonderful. I've raved about Bob so much that 2 co-workers will be calling him! I will definitely use him for any of my cleaning needs.

Bob called me immediately to set up an appointment time a few days after I bought the Big Deal. The day before he called me to confirm the appointment. The appointment time was set for 1230, and he was early. We walked through the house and laid out the expectations and problem spots. Bob went right to work and finished very quickly. After he finished he asked to do another walk through. All off the spots were gone, and one could visibly see that the carpets looked cleaner. I will use again, he was polite and nothing but professional. This is the reason I bought an Angie's List membership. I am very satisfied. In short, I would use again, and I recommend others use him as well.

My experience with Cleaning Edge was great. He originally had me scheduled for 4pm on a Friday; however the day before he had an opening earlier and could arrive at 1pm. He actually arrived a little early and spent about 4 hours at my house. He wanted to know if I had any problem areas up front and also made me aware of a spot that looked to be caused from a furniture stain. We had one very dirty stair case that came in from the garage that had some oil stains on it. He made those stairs look great. Overall - you could tell he took pride in his work and cared about the end product. Although the price was not super cheap (I could have probably gotten it done cheaper with another company), I thougth he did a great job overall. I would hire him again.

It was okay. I selected that cleaner specifically because he had really good reviews of getting out the stains and I would say he got out about 60-70% of the stains. He told me initially that they weren't major stains and that they would come out 100%. He got about 60-70% of them so I was happy with the service, I guess I maybe anticipated a little bit more.
