I can't say enough good things about Bob. He's so nice, fair, knowledgeable and affordable. The days of "do it yourself" carpet cleaning are over for us! You can't beat him for all around great job, great/friendly service and price. I did not use an Angie's List coupon. It was a great rate without it. I'd recommend just calling him directly and talking about exactly what you need rather than trying to find a coupon to fit your needs. His price was more than fair without any coupons.

Focused on pet stains and odors -- Unlike sometimes when the carpets have been cleaned and the stains "bled through" and showed up within a week or two, these stains have not re-emerged and the odor is gone. Thank you for a nice job! I'll definitely call on you again!

Bob was prompt, very pleasant and professional. The carpet is a very light color and was very soiled and stained.Bob was careful with furniture, straight forward responses to my questions. Carpets appear like new original color returned. His cleaning fluid has a pleasant odor and did not linger. He did more than expected obviously I am pleased and will use his services again. Could not have improved on service or results.

Bob was a pleasure to do business with. He was very professional and worked with me to schedule work to be done. The Angies Big Deal asked at the time I purchased the Big Deal to select 3 dates I would be available for work to be done. This was miss leading because Angies List has no idea what Bob's schedule is. Bob worked with me to fit me into his schedule and ended up doing the work in my home on a Saturday morning which I appreciated very much. Bob did a great job on my carpeting. My sofa and loveseat were filthy (cream color) and Bob did better than I even expected. I am pleased to say that there was no mess left in my home when Bob left.

Very professional - cleaned well

Bob was responsive and courteous in communications regarding scheduling. I had to reschedule on short notice, and he was very accommodating. On the day of service, Bob arrived promptly, completed a thorough inspection of the carpets, provided an adjusted estimate based on additional square footage, and worked with an attention to detail. I plan to book him to clean our tile based on this experience. Highly recommended.

They did a great job. Very professional and easy to deal with. The carpet looks great. We'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Bob definitely deserves all the great reviews he has! I bought an Angie's Deal for $149.00, and Bob responded very quickly to set up an appointment time. I was able to get an appointment for the date I requested, and Bob kept in contact thru email, confirming appointment the day before. He arrived on time (even a little early) and did the whole job in record time. He has great equipment, and does a great job. I couldn't be more pleased and will definitely use Cleaning Edge again in the future.

As mentioned above, it went well. The only concern was being on a waiting list for a month however I was gone for 3 weeks so it worked out OK. He's got a busy schedule so plan early

The service was provided by the owner of the company. He called and confirmed the appointment the night before, then arrived exactly on time the following morning. I appreciated that he was mindful of my pet and made sure she didn't escape from the house while he was working. My housekeeper is as impressed with the results as I am.

Bob was punctual and called the day before to confirm appointment and I loved that! He was very nice and explained to me everything he was going to do. I have microfiber light colored furniture that my kids have gotten so many stains on and I thought were ruined, but Bob got them all out and looking like new again! I was so happy that he cleaned everything so well that it is saving me $$$ on having to go buy new furniture! I most definitely will use him again and will refer him to my friends.

Both times Bob (the owner and operator of this company) confirmed our appointments before the day he was due; he was right on time for both appointments on the day of the cleanings. He did a great job on the cleaning and when he was through the carpets came close to looking like new. He very carefully moved all the furniture that needed moving. He was quite professional in his work and the results reflected that. I plan to use his services again next year.

Our carpet was cleaned in a couple hours with great care, and our carpets haven't been this clean in years. He was courteous and professional. He used a spot treatment and odor removal treatment that were effective.

We were thinking we needed to replace our carpeting but decided to have it cleaned. Bob, the owner did an outstanding job cleaning stains and removing pet odor. The carpets and upholstered chairs look like new again. By far the best carpet cleaning company we have ever used. I would highly recommend Cleaning Edge.

I am very pleased with the carpet cleaning I had done by The Cleaning Edge. Bob, the owner, was very punctual, nice, and knowledgeable about Carpet Cleaning. I had him clean 90% of my house and it turned out great. All of the pet odor/stains are gone, and my carpet looks great. Bob was very friendly and respectful of my home and my belongings. He cleaned my carpet for a good, reasonable price and I will definitely have him back. I would highly recommend The Cleaning Edge to anyone.
