He was here right on time, did not rush through the job. He took his time and worked out a few stains that we thought for sure would be impossible to get out. Very pleasant to be around.

Scheduled for cleaning and was called day before to confirm. Had two floors, and two sets of stairs to clean. Was here approximately two and a half hours, which I thought was really good. He worked diligently to finish. Our carpet looks great.

Bob was very prompt in scheduling our carpet cleaning. He even sent me a reminder the day before service He arrived on time and did a thorough job cleaning our carpets. He made our carpets look new again and got out all of the stains that we had. He was very professional and reasonable. We will use him again when our carpets need cleaned again. I have used him before and was pleased. It had been a few years. He called the night before to confirm. That was nice, He said he might be there earlier but he'd call first. He called the next day and was able to come 1 1/2 hours earlier. I had to take care of a sick grandchild that wasn't planned. She was nappping when he called., I asked if he would wait an hour. I knew that wasn't convient for him since he obvioulsy just finished a job. But he killed some time and came in an hour. He is very thorough. We moved most of the furniture but he will do it if you want. He will go over a spot until he gets it out. I have two other friends that use him.

The employee was punctual, and easy to get a hold of. I had a problem with the original scheduled time and was able to reschedule with no difficulty. The cleaning was professionally done, quick and painless. Great value for the money.

I have used Cleaning Edge in the past at a previous house and was very happy with their work. So in my current house they were the only company I'd call for upholstery cleaning services. Even though the furniture in this house is only two years old, we do have pets and I wanted general cleaning just to help rid the fabrics of pet hair I cannot remove myself. Cleaning Edge is prompt, professional and their work is beautiful. The upholstery looks new and is so, so clean! I would recommend them anytime.

It was great! The provider showed up on time (early in fact) He came fully prepared to work and showed a great sense of pride, professionalism and strong work ethic. The areas he cleaned were done beautifully!! I would recommend him and i plan to have him return to do my couches and sectionals soon!

We have a dog that sometimes does not let us know when he has to go to the bathroom, so we needed our carpets cleaned. We have used Cleaning Edge Inc several times and we are always satisfied with the job they do. I highly recommend them for your carpet cleaning. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

He did a good job on getting the carpets cleaned and I would use him again. He cleaned the living room, family room, 3 half flights of stairs and the upstairs hallway and downstairs hallways.

Bob is a one man shop. He took my call, set up the appointment, confirmed the day before and did the cleaning himself. He did a great job getting out spots that I thought were impossible to get out and making my carpets look better than they have in a long time. He figured out which of his Big Deals would be best for me to use. It was the $99 one but then I added on the downstairs bathroom and paid him a little more. I will definitely use him again.

Bob contacted me shortly after I ordered the service at $150 through Angie's List the week of 3/2. I had originally wanted the work done on Friday 3/6 when I took possession of the house but he told me that he was busy with other jobs and so we worked out doing it on the next Tuesday at 4:30pm. The day of the appointment he called to confirm the work. He arrived promptly at 4:30pm and the two of us moved my mattress so that he could put Styrofoam under the frame. He explained to me how otherwise the metal feet could rust with the wet carpet. From there I just waited in the garage and let him do his work. About an hour or two later it was finished and he reminded me to go verify his work to make sure that it looked good to me. All of the carpet looked and smelled great from the walk-around and I verified that he got the carpets and stairs as well. When I came back down he explained to me how he used a little stronger product near the garage entrance because that's a place that picks up a lot of dirt. He recommended that I put a little rug their or something else to avoid dirt on the carpet. Shortly after finishing he was quick to round up all his equipment and head out. Overall he was super friendly and didn't mind any questions that I asked about the carpet or the products that he was using. It also made a difference for me when he asked me to check his work and verify that it was fine with me. I was very satisfied with his work.

The only detail you need to know is that this gentleman did the best work we have ever had on our carpets -- at a very reasonable price.

There was one technician that came out and he did a great job cleaning the carpet. He was professional and on time, I would definitely hire him again if I needed to.

This man performed miracles! He truly cares about doing an excellent job plus provided helpful hints for us on future 'spotting' and more. We can't believe how revitalized the carpets look and how he took care to really work on spots, etc. I was again in awe when I walked into my office this morning as was my husband upon entering his office downstairs. Thank you, Bob, for your personal caring and integrity AND impeccable carpet cleaning job! On top of all that, the Friday night before he was to come clean on Monday, my husband spilled a glass of red wine on the landing...Murphy's Law (at least it was before the cleaning). We tried what little we knew (wrong choice); then Saturday morning I called Bob for advice of what to do. He freely offered specific instructions and added, "THEN LEAVE IT ALONE!" We did just that. Despite our blunders of products that should not have been used, he got all the wine stain out. I highly recommend this gentleman. He was professional, prompt, flexible and restored our faith in carpet cleaners!

I chose them because they have good reviews and there was a coupon. They met my expectations.
