It went well, but was very wet...took several days to dry

There was a 10 day wait time and was scheduled for 3p even though I had requested an am time. Provider was late about 4 hours as maintainance on his equipment took longer than expected. However, was given a $40 discount for the inconvenience. Knowing he would be tired I suggested we reschedule and he said it would create havoc with his schedule. Missed under desk which was highly soiled and around desk area which I cleaned afterwards with my own carpet cleaner. I also tested other areas that were cleaned with my carpet cleaner using fresh water and a it turned brown after cleaning a small area. While I had requested a deep cleaning due to the recent addition of a puppy - I believe I got a topical cleaning. Generally provider who had no assistance on the job seemed very tired and was a tad grouchy. It was well after 9p that the job was finished. Based on other reviews I believe the provider is good- just wasnt up to snuff the day he was here. for me its stanley steamer the next time.

The owner was very prompt about returning phone calls and showed up right on time. Unfortunately he had a problem with his cleaning machine. He was not able to return to our house until late in the day but did clean extra areas in our house to make up for the inconvenience. Would recommend and will use again when my carpets need cleaning.

On time, very professional - used in past at a different home and will use again. Does the work himself.

Bob was extremely professional. Was running a few minutes late but called to let me know in advance. Bob got right to work when he got here. I didn't think my carpet was as dirty as it was. He did an excellent job in a little over 2 hours. I would definitely recommend Cleaning Edge and would use them again.

It went very good. He was on time and very polite. DId a great job cleaning the carpets. Definitely plan on using them again. Only problem we had was that an area of grass in our front yard was killed by his equipment and hoses. I am sure this was an accident but something to consider in the future. Was an otherwise great service provided.

Bob arrived right on time, we reviewed what I wanted him to clean, he explained what he was going to do then went to work. Bob used foam blocks under the furniture to keep from wicking the water up and potentially damaging the furniture. Carpets and rug looked great when completed. None were excessively wet after he was done. Bob did a much better job than the last carpet cleaners (not selected from Angie's List) and was less expensive. I will definitely use Cleaning Edge again!

Bob did a great job. I noticed him sitting in the driveway about 10 minutes early but he didn't come to the door until the appointed time. He asked for a tour of the house and to be shown what I wanted done including any spots or stains. I showed him where the outside faucet was and then I went back to work. Bob did a great job. It did take longer than I expected but everything was pretty dirty so the fact that he took his time to make sure it was done well really meant a lot. Will definitely use him again.

This guy is amazing. Dedicated, honest. He did this on short notice and got me out of a jam. His work is great. This is the second time I've used him and I will use him again and again.

I purchased deal of $149 from Angie's list. I'm very happy how they cleaned carpet, looks great afterwards. I had big stain from spit coffee but they removed it completely. They communicated very well and very professional.

I contacted Bob to schedule an appointment, he was scheduling about two weeks out which worked well with my schedule. We scheduled an appointment which I re-scheduled the day prior due to rainy weather. Bob was very kind, understanding and flexible. The rescheduled appointment was a success. He was running slightly behind schedule which didn't bother me at all because he communicated in advance which I greatly appreciated! He also notified me when enroute, again great communication. I payed for the carpet cleaning with spot treatment, I have three dogs. Bob went through the house and staged the furniture, placing them on foam pads or plastic slips to keep the dampness off of my furniture .... then went to work. The treatment smell was extremely nominal, and I'm very sensitive to smells. The PREVIOUS carpet cleaning company I used from a friends referral was so over powering it made me feel congested in my chest and took a week to properly air out. I had to open the windows so as to escape the chemical smell which was masked by what they considered a pleasant scent. That was not the case with Bob's cleaning service, again the treatment smell did not bother me whatsoever. My carpet was damp obviously (NOT soaked) and he indicated it should be dry by that evening. It was mostly dry but due to more rain that evening, fully drying didn't occur until the following day. Bob was kind enough to share some suggestions on spot treatment which I made notes of and will use. When completed he asked me to take a look at the work to be certain I was satisfied. I have a small Yorkiepoo that has been difficult to potty train, there is a specific area he constantly migrates to. Since Bob's cleaning, he hasn't had one single accident. That speaks volumes!! Great job Bob, I will definitely use you in the future! My carpet looks great and I was very pleased with his service and customer service.

The Cleaning Edge was on time, did excellent work and left the house looking great!

Cleaning Edge did a great job. I was selling my home and needed this done quickly. I had red wine stains in the living room and they were able to remove those stains. In addition, there were just few minor stains in the bedroom in the basement, not only did they remove those stains, they cleaned almost the entire room! For awareness, my house sold in 4 days!! Thanks Cleaning Edge. I will be calling you again in my new home.

Was punctual, even called to say he could arrive early. Did a great job. Was scheduled to do carpets only but asked if he could clean 2 chairs which he did. Was quick and efficient.

He called to let us know status, we did have confusion on location since we have 2 locations affiliated with our account. My fault. He arrived and apologized for my mixup! He worked h****** our older carpets and made them look better than I thought was possible! I would recommend this company to anyone needing carpets cleaned.

Scheduled the carpet cleaning via Angie's List. There was an error made for the original date as he had 2 people with the same last name on his list. He was very apologetic and said he would do some other carpet cleaning to make up for the issue. Bob showed up and not only did the work for the 4 rooms but also did all the stairs in the house free of charge to make up for the issue. Attempted to pay Bob for the stairs he cleaned but he would not hear of it. In today's world to find someone who will not only admit a mistake but go over and above to make up for it is refreshing to say the least. Bob's skill in carpet cleaning is as good as his work ethic,,,Excellent. Asked if I would use Bob's services again, the simple answer is: Why would I ever consider someone else. Great job and I could not be happier with the work. Bob is the only person who will ever clean my carpets again. Thank you

Provider could not have been more accommodating or adaptable - he was great. We purchased an Angie's deal for 3 rooms plus one chair, and he was willing to adapt this pre-purchase for a large carpeted room, a rug, stairs, and the perimeter of the couch where our small dog walks. He went over and above expectations by providing us with recipes to remove stains from rug pad (which could not be cleaned with his equipment), and to remove dog urine when accidents happen down the road. The only reason I rated Quality as a B is that it took the carpet a full 24+ hours to completely dry. It did not feel particularly wet to the touch, it just took a long time before we were comfortable removing the foam blocks and putting the stained wood legs back onto the carpet. The only suggestion I'd make to future customers is to be sure and tell him any additional work you'd like to have done when you have your initial phone call. He schedules his time based upon the work he knows he'll be doing, and if you add a lot on he may not be able to do it in a single visit. I appreciate a provider who manages time well as it means that he'll show up on time even later in the day. Thanks to all who recommended Bob.

Bob did a great job on the carpets and was a pleasure to work with. The last company (a well known franchise) was much higher priced and not nearly as thorough. For the first time in years, after a LOT of wear and tear from family and pets, our carpets look like brand new! I highly recommend Cleaning Edge Inc!

Bob was on time, very nice and very thorough. I hadn't mentioned doing the stairs before his arrival and it would have been fine if he had said no, but he said doing the stairs wouldn't be a problem. Our carpet is over 10 years old, but after he was finished you couldn't tell it. He did a tremendous job, removed pet stains, dirt, you name it. I couldn't have been more pleased with his service. I would highly recommend him and you can bet we will be using him from now on.
