Bob, the owner, showed up on time and was very pleasant. He walked through the 2 rooms and hallway I was going to have him clean. He said he was checking to see what type of solution he would need to combine for the cleaning. We then went out to his truck and he showed me his equipment and how everything would work. Bob went right to work and didn't waste time. There was one spot that did not come out completely so he went to his truck and got something else and it took the rest of the spot out. He did a great job and I am planning on using his services again.

Professional, good price, good service. no complaints and would use them again in the future.

Well, We have had multiple carpets cleaned over the past 40 years and I can say without reservation that "Bob the Carpet Man" stands alone for doing an exceptional job. Things went very well. I had a line on the carpet from the back door where the previous tenant had stolen my brand new refrigerator and brought this very old refrigerator with a lot of filthy water still in the bottom pan and it dripped a long line from the back door through the large family area to the kitchen floor. And this company man spent the extra time it needed to clean deep into the fairly new carpet and did it without me even asking. He not only made sure it was clean but he made sure that it did not have any bad smells. I know what you're thinking, this guy was paid. Not a chance. I usually don't write up things like this but this young kid was exceptional. Now I don't know about the rest of the company but if he is any indication then this is the company to call for carpet cleaning.

It is nice to work directly with the owner of the business that has the experience to do the job right vs subbing it out to a lesser qualified individual. Some of the areas I never thought would come out did and the carpet looks great again. Bob did move our sectional sofa to get underneath of it then put it all back. I am very happy with the results and would certainly highly recommend his services.

Bob did a wonderful cleaning job on the carpets and throw rugs in our house. We had tracked some oil on to the carpets and dirt had adhered to the oil, so our carpets were extra dirty. But, Bob did a thorough job in cleaning up everything. My husband was very impressed with his professional equipment, too. Bob also gave us a free bottle of his spot cleaner. We thought that was very thoughtful of him to do that. We will definitely hire Cleaning Edge in the future!!

This was my first time using this company and I was very pleased with the service that I received. One of the first things that impressed me was that the owner, Bob, contacted me personally to schedule my carpet cleaning. He also called the evening before the scheduled service to confirm the appointment time and to answer any questions that I may have. My service was scheduled for 9:30am and Bob also called ahead of time to let me know when he was on his way. Bob was very pleasant and I showed him what areas I wanted cleaned. He went to work right away and did not try to upsell me on any additional services. I liked that his carpet cleaning service is self contained. He only needed to hook up to an outside faucet and he was ready to go. My carpet had not been professionally cleaned in quite a while and I also have two indoor cats. Anyone with cats knows what it's like when they throw up a fur ball or some recently eaten partially digested food. These types stains can be difficult to remove from carpeting. Bob did a fantastic job and my old carpet looks so much better. I would absolutely use Cleaning Edge in the future and would recommend this company to others.

Bob actually arrived early after texting me to confirm I was home. First studied the chair all the carpets and asked about special problem areas or stains. I have a large Oriental rug in my living room that's in a high traffic area and has never been professionally cleaned. Bob got it looking like new and now I remember why I paid so much for it eight years ago! It is stunning. He returned my chocolate colored over-sized chair back to its original splendor. Erased all odors and visual evidence that I own two big dogs. My extremely picky mother who lives with me is thrilled with the rug in her bedroom (wow, the colors pop) and wants Bob to come back to do the upstairs. This is the best carpet cleaning service I've ever worked with. End your search here!

Bob showed up early which was great. He explained what he was going to do and then proceeded to clean the carpets. It took him approximately 1 1/2 hours to finish the job. When he was done, he asked me to do walk through to make sure I was satisfied or if I had any questions. I was totally thrilled. My carpet looked like new. Bob even got out the fingernail polish stain in my daughter's room! He cleaned up after himself and was very professional. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use Cleaning Edge in the future!

He showed up on time and got right to work.He was very polite and worked very hard. It has been several weeks since they were cleaned and my carpets are still so soft I can't remember when they felt this good on my feet. I was always afraid to have them done because I had heard about soap residue but I was wrong .They look and feel great .I will be using him from now on. I am sorry I waited so long to have this done. He really saved my carpets.

He worked quickly and placed protection under furniture legs where necessary. He pointed out issues and methods to prevent future problems. He also provided us a spot treatment when he left.

When it was determined the preventative spray would not work well on one of the carpet types, he cleaned the stairs for free to compensate. Good old fashion customer service...very refreshing. Carpets look great! This is the second time we have used Cleaning Edge and will not be the last.

Bob showed up promptly on the date and time that we had set up. He cleaned my area rugs, which really needed cleaning, and they came out great. This is my second time to use Cleaning Edge, and I have been very pleased with the results both times. Bob returns calls promptly, and keeps his scheduled appointments in a timely manner. I will continue to use his service for annual cleaning.

Bob was wonderful! His schedule was extremely busy, but he graciously squeezed me in because I was getting furniture delivered and wanted the carpets cleaned before the delivery date. He actually called the day of my appointment and could come earlier than expected. He cleaned the areas that I had paid for through the special on Angie's List, and then I added a couple of areas and two area rugs for a very minimal cost. He does excellent work, is a very hard worker and very knowledgeable about carpets, stain treatment, etc. I will use Bob for all my carpet, upholstery, and area rug cleaning from now on! Great guy!

I bought a big deal for this service. I have actually bought a couple of them and have used them since then. One he comes out his services are all included in the price. He owns it and he is his only worker. He is awesome.

This is the 2nd time I used this carpet cleaner. My home is about 1000 sq feet to not huge, the first time I think the cleaning job was slightly better than this last time. My carpet it very light (not "white" but light, light cream/tan) and it was definitley cleaner when he was done. He worked alone, put styrofoam under the furniture lifting it off the carpet to spare the furniture legs from wetness. Overall I was pleased

Bob, the owner, gave me an excellent price for cleaning my carpets and upholstery and did a phenomenal job! He arrived on time, provided a detailed estimate for the job, and spent almost 3 hours deep cleaning my carpets, sofa, and chair. He cleaned 4 carpeted rooms, 15 stairs (vertical and horizontal surfaces), a hallway, 2 area rugs, a sofa, and a chair. I could not be more pleased with the results! I asked him about carpet protectants such as Scotchguard as I have 2 large dogs. He advised me that the type and patterns of dirt he saw in my carpet did not warrant that product and proceeded to explain to my why. I appreciated this as it would have nearly doubled the cost of the job and would not have performed as I thought it would. I appreciated his honesty and integrity in not selling me something I didn't need. I will hire Cleaning Edge again in a heartbeat!

The carpet looks great, and the scent was light and unobtrusive. I am very sensitive to smells, and this one didn't bother me at all. We used a $149 special listed on Angie's List site.
