It feels like piling on the add to the ridiculous number of glowing reviews that Cleaning Edge has received. Oh well. Bob called the evening before our appointment to confirm time and place. Five minutes before our scheduled appointment, he arrived in our driveway. At precisely 9:30, we were greeting him at our door. Introductions aside, he set about assessing our cleaning needs. He promptly provided a written bid to which we immediately agreed and Bob set to work. Fast forward 1 1/2 hours, Bob asked us to inspect his work and to our delight, our negligence in cleaning our light colored carpeting had been forgiven. Ten (10!) years had passed since we had installed it and we had never had it professionally cleaned. We had hoped for the best with Bob and that's exactly what we got. When you hire Cleaning Edge, it's personal in that Mr. Edgmond feels personally responsible for the quality of work provided. He stands behind his results 100%. We're sure his business could be far larger than it is due to his integrity alone, but ironically, it's that very integrity that makes it difficult for him to consider hiring anyone else to work for his company. He simply cannot trust someone else to do the job when his reputation is at stake. Not only do we recommend Cleaning Edge on Angie's List, but to our friends and family as well. Bob has earned our future business and complete support.

Bob originally scheduled our cleaning for 5pm, but called at 3:15pm saying he was ahead of schedule and on his way to our home. Luckily my husband was home early so the time change worked for us. Bob did an excellent job cleaning our 4 recliners of dirt and pet hair. He even left a complimentary bottle of spot cleaner, which was a nice surprise since LazyBoy sells it for $30.00. The cost was reasonable at $150.00 minus a $30.00 discount for being an Angie's List customer. I highly recommend his service and will defintely use Cleaning Edge again.

Bob was right on time. He cleaned all the carpets in the house in about 2 hours including his setup and tear down time. He was patient with me moving our cats around room to room to keep them out of the way. He was able to simply and easily remove stains that were years old and that I was unable to get up with a rug doctor. It was so painless and easy, I don't see why anyone would ever rent a carpet shampoo-er and DIY it. His price was very reasonable. Note: We were having 30 people in the house the following day for a family birthday party and I was worried going in that the products used would have a strong (but clean smelling!) odor. I was wrong making that assumption, the process left the house smelling clean, but subtle. It wasn't a strong or powerful smell, but it was pleasant. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Another carpet cleaner from a national franchise had made such a mess of my carpeting 2 months before I found Bob that I was afraid the carpeting might have to be replaced. Bub Bob went over every inch of carpeting, getting out stains I thought were permanent. He went above and beyond, and his work was meticulous. He did even more than I expected.

His work is meticulous and our carpets always look amazing after he's finished with them. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats so the work is cut out for him! He's always on time and calls to confirm the day prior. We are big fans and highly recommend him.

The person who cleaned the carpet was every nice. He explained his plan of action and preformed the job flawlessly.

They were fine. They were not great. They did not move furniture and were not able to remove stains, but I really did not notice any of that until we actually moved all the furniture out of our house because we were putting it up for sale. That is why we had them come in. I would have them come back and redo certain areas. I think we had to reschedule a couple of times.

It just so happened that I was here on Angie's list reviewing the best carpet cleaning services for my area and Cleaning Edge, Inc had high reviews. I proceeded to book the service but seen that there was a day or two before I would here back a reply for a time to have the services performed. So I called Cleaning Edge directly to see if I could get an appointment sooner. I spoke with Bob who is the owner of the company, he was very pleasant. I told him what I was looking to have done and how soon I would like our carpet cleaned if possible and that I had found him here on Angie's list. Bob was actually able to fit me into his schedule and I am sure glad he did. Bob was prompt, for my appointment,very professional and nice. Usually my husband and I are very picky with online reviews but we were very pleased with the way our carpet in each room turned out. Fresh scent and it looks brand new again. I will definitely be using Bob again and will highly recommend his service.
