I used their $149 deal. Bob called shortly after I purchased it and we set the date. He called a day ahead and asked if he could come about an hour and a half earlier, which was ok with me. Arrived at the scheduled time as promised. After reviewing what was to be done and letting me know the deal would cover everything, he went to work. He took his time and was very thorough. I've had cleaners before who seem to see how fast they could get the job done. After completion, he asked me to check and see if the work was satisfactory, which it was. I would definitely use Cleaning Edge again.

Wonderful experience with Bob from start to finish. He contacted me immediately by email to schedule the appointment. I was having family in town so he was very accommodating with that. He was on time, professional and did an excellent job. We visited with him for a bit after he was done and he gave us some good tips to care for our carpets, especially with our pets. Also gave us some spot cleaner which was much appreciated. Can't say enough about the pride he takes in his work and we will definitely be hiring him again and plan on having him back to clean several tile floors. Super nice person, very trustworthy and highly recommended!!

This is our second time using this company and we are again very satisfied with the work performed.

Terrific job. Scheduling with Robert was easy (although he is busy, and you need to schedule well in advance around the holidays), The night before, he called to confirm, and he showed up right on time. He does excellent work - and he is the one who does it. He cleaned our carpet (which gets very dirty in spots due to my husband's power chair bringing in and grinding in dirt) and it came out great. He is a pleasure to work with and we now use him for all our carpet cleaning needs.

I had a spot in the carpet and I have used them about three times before because they did such a good job. He came out twice to work on the spot. He did an excellent job getting out what he could and only charged me for one visit. I will use them again when I need it.

Mr. Edgemond did a wonderful job! From the time I first called to inquire, to The time he showed up at the door, he remained in communication and provided prompt incomplete information. He did an excellent cleaning job and was even able to remove stains that previous carpet cleaners were not able to get out. He was professional and hospitable. I was very pleased, would use him again and would recommend him without hesitation.

I love Bob, he is polite, down to earth and does an excellent job. I've had him clean before, he always does extra for me for the price. I highly recommend his services. I will always use him for cleaning my carpet!

Bob provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. He quickly replied to my message on Angie's List. He was quick to get us on the schedule and then confirmed our appointment. He was friendly, polite, and the results from the cleaning were great. He even left a spot remover product. I would certainly recommend the Cleaning Edge Inc and we would use them again in the future.

Excellent service! Our ivory rug looks like new again which is impressive given we have 2 little kids and 2 dogs. Robert was prompt and charged less than his original quote even. Will definitely use again in the future!

My service was excellent. My chairs look fantastic. This was the best rug cleaning I ever experienced. The rugs look very clean. I appreciated my rugs not being soaking wet after being cleaned and were dry the next day.

Very professional. On time and efficient. Moved all the furniture around, put it up on blocks so the carpet below could dry. Great work!
