Description of Work: I called Cleaning Edge to ask if they could remove cigarette smoke odor from carpets. I told them that this is a house my friend just bought and they had the carpets cleaned two weeks ago (by another company) but the smoke smell is still strong. The man I talked to said cleaning again may not help since they just did that. He said the odor is most likely in the vents, in the walls, and throughout the house and suggested that painting the wall and possibly cleaning the vents would help more than another carpet cleaning. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he turned down the work because he didn't think he could achieve what we wanted. And yet he stated on the phone with me for several minutes explaining possible alternative actionsl I'll definitely call these people the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

 + -1 moreLarge wall to wall carpet was badly stained from a flood in the lower level of the house. Bob got all of the brown dirty water stains and black grease stains out of the Berber Carpet. It looks brand new again. He is a miracle worker in my eyes. Would definitely hire Bob again and would recommend him to friends and family.
