Description of Work: purchased a big deal to have my dryer vent cleaned and inspected along with chimney. Provider showed up and said chimney didn't need cleaning upon inspection but he found something that needed repairing around the chimney cap. He offered to do this in place of the cleaning. My husband was here to meet the provider and my not have known the dryer vent was supposed to be included. Either way, the dryer vent wasn't touched. That is the only reason I rated a B instead of an A on the quality

Description of Work: The owner said that I did not need to have my fireplace cleaned out so he would appy the cost toward a chimney cap. The installation of the chimney cap went fine. The only problem that I had with them was that I never knew when they were going to come. They never showed up when they would. It would not even be on the same day as the appointment.
