SHELTON'S FLOOR & WALL COVERS

I put a deposit down on 6/18/14, and he told me it might be a while before it would be installed because he was so behind. I finally got my floor installed on 10/3/14. His employee did a great job with the installation and it looks beautiful. I had expected the base board to be removed before the new floor was put in, but he laid a base shoe around the edges of the base board and floor that hid the areas not covered by the new flooring. They don't match the floor or base boards exactly, but are still very pretty. The only other small thing was that the guy that put the flooring in, started at first sawing the flooring in the room causing a lot of sawdust on the walls and cabinets. Didn't hurt anything, just had to do extra cleaning. Brad came by the next day to see the work and apologized for how long it took to get it done. He told me since it took so long, he would put down a new base shoe down in my living room for free if I wanted, since it took so long and I was patient. I'm very pleased with my new floor, and would hire him again and recommend him to anyone.

The flooring installation was part of an overall kitchen remodel. We initially looked at a simple face lift of the kitchen and Brad Shelton, was one of the people that we contacted for an estimate. Brad did all of our Ceramic tile on the floors of the Kitchen, bath, utility room and also replaced the tile in our entry way. We also asked him to install our back splash in the new kitchen. One of the things that impressed us about Brad was that he does all of his own initialization jobs. He does not have a team of people working for him nor does he sub out the job to a third party like some other companies we are aware of. The only down side that we experienced during the entire process was needing to wait for him to become available as he finished one job and went onto the next. We had to wait our turn. The result was well worth the wait.
Brad is an artist who works in tile. I am not sure what the technical name of the pattern is that Brad installed for us. We have two colors of tile. One serves as the boarder, with accents through out the floor. The general pattern is a diamond pattern with each tile offset by a small companion piece of the darker boarder tile.
The back splash is set in a diamond pattern with placement of glass blocks nicely arranged through out the back splash. We couldn't be happier with the results.
Brad went the extra mile with a kind gesture that was unexpected. We had a step where the carpet had come lose, the step had been that way, ever since we purchased the house 10 years ago. Before Brad left, he fixed the carpet on the stairs.
We will be using Shelton's Floor and Wall Covering again, when we replace the carpet upstairs and on those very steps. If you want someone that cares about the job he does, you need to give Brad a call.

Brad Shelton and Chris were were prompt, courteous, and very friendly. In addition, I had other work done in the house at the same time, by someone I didn't know, and Brad came upstairs and looked in at the work being done and gave me his opinion. I really appreciated his help. They did a wonderful job and I WILL be calling them in the future for carpeting in a bedroom and vinyl in the kitchen.
