I originally set up a time for them to come and take a look at the work I was needing to have done, but they called to cancel due to a death in the provider's family. Two weeks later, when the person did come out, they looked at the work I wanted done and said they wanted their work partner to come out and evaluate the work which needed to be done. They were here for maybe a little over an hour discussing a way to re-run the pipes (which kept freezing and bursting). We had agreed that they could do the work and they were supposed to call me back with a price for the work but they never did. I wouldn't have them come out and do the work at this point even if they did get back to me because I now feel like I can't trust them.

They answered when I called and said they would contact their service person (Mike) to see when he could get there since he was on another job. They called back and asked if I could be be at house at a certain time. I asked for a 1/2 hour call ahead of time to allow me to get there. They called ahead and Mike was there when I arrived. He was very professional, looked at the problems, found the cause of the leaks and fixed them. Offered advice to repair problems caused by leaks. Also answered questions regarding some other minor plumbing problems I had.

It was very good. We have used them before. Always the same good service. People are respectful and clean up the messes.

Everything went according to plan. Did work scheduled (Plus a couple of extra items around the house) for the estimated price and within the scheduled time frame. I have used them before and will use them again. No hesitation in recommending them to others.

They are a bit pricey, but they are pretty good. They are very punctual. He was there at about 7:30. These guys are good, and they show up. They took a while to figure out where the leak was coming from. They were more expensive than I thought they were going to be. We've had some other companies out that weren't so punctual, but this company was quite punctual.

Called the day before and left a message on the answering machine after hours. Got a call back early the next day, and the call was scheduled for that morning. This is a small company that I had used several years ago and had been very, very happy with. Again, I was very pleased with the professionalism, the efficiency and the high degree of trust I could place in the repairman. I would absolutley call them again, and would highly recommend them.

THE MOST POSITIVE BUSINESS EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD IN A VERY LONG TIME. EVERYONE WAS PERSONABLE AS WELL AS PROFESSIONAL. I CALLED FRIDAY MORNING AND THEY HAD SOMEONE AT MY HOME BY FRIDAY AFTERNOON. THE PLUMBER WHO PERFORMED THE REPAIR DID A GREAT JOB OF REPRESENTING THE COMPANY.

OWNED BY A FAMILY AT MY SCHOOL. I KNOW THEM WELL. DISCUSS THE PROBLEMS AND TALK ABOUT OPTIONS AND PRICES AHEAD OF TIME. I DON'T HAVE TO BE HERE WHEN THEY COME. CAN ARRANGE TO COME LATE OR EARLY.
