We moved to a new house with large holes under the front porch. They came out and were super friendly and explained how the process works. We caught one animal and they came out right away to get it and reconfigure the traps again. Great service and very professional!

I Called and left a message on his phone. Was called right back. He explained what needed to be done and how he would do it. He also explained the cost and how the billing worked. There was a one time charge to come out and that was good for a year. There was a charge for each mole caught. Set up an appointment to meet at the house the next day. He showed up on time and explained where he would set the traps and what type he would use. Signed the paper work and he set things up. I came back in a day and two of the traps were sprung. At least one mole was caught. Very happy with there work. Will use them again. The price was less than half other companies advertised price.

We were so happy with Pro Mole and Wildlife Control. They were able to set up traps and catch two moles within just a few days. They were very reasonably priced (much less expensive than our pest control quotes) and great in getting the issue resolved quickly! We will definitely call them the next time we have any problems with moles/voles in our yard.

They were very fast and efficient and took care of our problem. I would absolutely recommend them. They came and got it and reset the trap. I've never had this done previously, so I have nothing to compare the price to.

ProMole was fantastic -- super responsive, and easy to communicate with via text (which matters when you have raccoon traps on your roof for several weeks). We ended up catching 3 raccoons for relocation, and one very feisty squirrel. ProMole regularly stopped by to check the traps, and add new bait when necessary. They also closed up the hole in the roof with cardboard toward the end of the project to make sure we got all of the raccoons, before patching up the hole in the roof. While they were up on the roof fixing the hole they also replaced some standpipes (I think that's what they're called) and even cleaned our gutters. Price was reasonable for all the work they did, and they were a pleasure to work with. It's also now been several months, and our attic has remained critter-free.

John was thorough and very helpful. He went the extra mile and even helped with an unrelated aspect of my attic issues.

The issue with the voles was resolved fairly immediately and over about 3 months our mole issue was eliminated as well. Pro Mole even worked with our neighbors since the source of our vole issues was stemming from their yard. This was probably the most valuable part of our relationship with them since if he wouldn't have talked with them and convinced them to address their infestation issues we would have continued to be re-infested. The only negative is that he's a busy guy and his visits during our 3 month mole service were sparse. Once a mole was caught we'd let him know (he's paid by the mole) and dispose of it. But then we had to wait for him to come and reset the traps (they are impossible to reset by a layman - must require a special tool). Sometimes we waited a couple of weeks for his visit.

Pro Mole was great. Set traps and quickly rid my yard of moles. Have followed up with return visits to ensure my yard was mole free. Great, Friendly service. Charged one time fee good for the year. Then charged per mole caught.

Pro Mole was wonderful! They explained how the process would work, what traps were needed, and the cost involved. Everything went smoothly. The raccoon family was removed with care and transported to a new home! Would definitely use them again.

Excellent, there was a set fee for the Mole Removal plan (maybe $140 for a year) then $50 per mole caught. Every now and then I'd call them for a pickup.

He put a few traps down,and came back once or twice.He killed 2 moles.

I have used this company for about a month now, and so far they have found 3 moles. My lawn looked awful, and now I feel a lot better about it. They left some traps in place just in case there was a 4th mole, we'll see. They charge $50 per dead mole - we used to have a dog who killed moles for free - so its hard to pay the fee per mole, which is why I gave them a B on price. But knowing that they are on the job for a year's worth of mole catching is a real bonus, so I'm very happy.

They have been out here for the past month handling varmints in my attic. They were outstanding. There are raccoons and squirrels in my attic. I found them on Angie's list and I called 3 or 4 places. These guys were so impressive. They were the only ones who were really on top of it. I just thought they were really awesome. In fact I brought one of their cards in for one of the gals at swimming, because one of them had moles. They were very very very good. I definitely give them an A. They were great. I just hired them and they did a great job. They removed 2 raccoons, trapped a opossum, removed 5 squirrels. 3 of them they got coming out of the attic into a trap. They sealed up all the entrances. They were out here probably about a dozen times.

I am totally impressed by his knowledge of these nasty animals and his commitment to have them be gone forever. His pricing seemed fair and commensurate with his professionalism and experience. I will submit another review after all services are rendered. So far, looking good!

He was able to immediately recognize the issue and over 3 visits get all the flying squirrels captured and out of my attics.

They came out the first time, and looked at the problem, and did some service, did some work. He said he would come back within ninety days, and he never did, I finally called them, and he finally came again, but he has not come out an third time, to treat again. Work was fine, and responsiveness was the problem. If you can get them to come back out again. The work they did was fine, and I think he knows what he is doing, and he is doing an good job, the follow ups is the problem. They were just fine. The work they did was great, just need to follow up.

He came back today to do a thorough evaluation of my home and took time to show me a couple of areas where it may have gained access He took time to explain about the bat, and their behavior - and I am very satisfied with the work so far

I called Pro Mole Control and the owner, John Stringer, came out within a day or two to evaluate. He was quite knowledgeable and took his time showing me the various mole tunnels and explaining how they attempt to catch the mole(s). He was at my home close to an hour and charged $50 which included the evaluation and setting approximately 9 traps. He charges an additional $50 per mole that they catch.They caught one mole. The traps were removed, however, a great benefit is that this service is good for one year from the date traps were initially set, so if we see any additional mole activity in spring/summer 2017 we just call him and he will reset the traps.Very reasonably priced-I highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with service provided. I needed prompt service since we were going to have a party using the porch and we were worried the skunk would interfere with our plans. John, the owner of Pro Mole, promptly came out the day I called and set traps which captured the skunk within 2 days. I was impressed with the experience of Pro Mole and their attention to our problem.

John was very responsive and took great time and care in removing what turned out to be a bird that had somehow gotten stuck inside our wall. We have an old 3 story home and John inspected the gutter/ roof line and found many squirrel holes. He did a careful and thorough inspection . Although we did not get any trapped squirrels, John patched the many openings so that we would not get squirrels or birds in. His assistant was also kind and hard working. John is very trustworthy, I know that if we have a problem in the future , I can count on him to come out and take care of it. He gives you very detailed information and takes good care of his customers.

3 month program killed off all the voles. I liked the approach he uses to bait the hole, fill the hole, and the bait the paths. Cleaned up the problem quickly. Quotes from others were much more expensive, open ended, and just baited the paths. Filling the holes takes the guess work out of determining if they are still active.

After traps were set, John came to collect the mother raccoon that was trapped and he went up into my attic and got the baby and inspected for damage. He also got on my roof and taped up screening on the roof vents and chimney. John came back again to better secure the screens with bolts until we can get them fixed. This was above our expectations. He gave us valuable information on chimney condition. I highly recommend him. I also called him back when honeybees invaded and he suggested we call a beekeeper to relocate them. He is ethical.
