David was very pleasant and professional to work with. As a new homeowner to a property with a sprinkler system, David not only checked that everything was working properly, he showed me the specifics of what to keep an eye on and what parts typically need to be replaced. He showed me in detail how to use the control module and set up a schedule for my watering needs as well as how often, time duration, and time of day to water. Our internet service provider had buried new cable during the winter months and had severed one of the irrigation lines. David had it fixed in 10 minutes flat and you could not even tell he had to dig up the yard. Excellent work!! A+ rating!

Terrible!!!!!!!!!! They set my timer wrong and then told me I needed a new one which they will sell me for $300 with labor which I do not. They did not turn off heads that I asked for and did not positioned the ones correctly then told me they should move a head and charged me $90 when it was fine before. I had three different people come out and they just could not get it right. The girl that answers the phone could not be more rude. I asked to speak with the owner and got the manager who told me that I needed a new timer and I said no I do not it is working fine and he said well Im just reading the notes and I said yes reading the notes from someone who did not know how to set a timer. They just did not know what they are doing. I will never call them again.

Individual who showed up did not have equipment necessary to locate valve (called another vehicle); located two boxes, neither of which was the one he needed. Left without finishing work. Called back a week later in inquire if he was coming back; cancelled work.

my reactions are mixed -in my experience, it depends on who comes to do your work. the management is good but the workers have varied in experience and ability. i have had some very good ones, and some very bad ones, and have learned to ask for and wait for the worker i like. i have spoken with the managment about my experiences, and told them if i can't get who i want, then i won't do the job - they have been responsive. if i wasn't happy with the work, they usually fixed it or refunded me. so overall they try to make things 'right'.

We had Chesterfield Irrigation install our sprinkler system and now they maintain it as well. They take great pride in what they do and if something is not right, they will come back to fix it. They have great customer service. We highly recommend them.

I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE WORK DONE BY THIS COMPANY. PHONE CALLS WERE RETURNED PROMPTLY; PEOPLE CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THESE SMALL COURTESIES MAKE WORKING WITH A COMPANY SO MUCH EASIER. JOHN (HALVERSON?) IS THE REPRESENTATIVE. HE DREW A COMPLETE AND DETAILED PLAN OF OUR LOT AND THE PLACEMENT OF THE IRRIGATION HEADS. HIS BID WAS REASONABLE AND LOWER THAN MANY OTHER BIDS. HIS CREW IS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CLEAN. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE ENTIRE INSTALLATION. WE HAVE DOGS IN THE YARD. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY CAREFUL TO CLOSE GATES AND THEY WERE FRIENDLY TO THE DOGS. JOHN RETURNED POST-INSTALLATION CALLS PROMPTLY, IN SPITE OF BEING DELUGED WITH BUSINESS DUE TO OUR DRY SUMMER. HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND ENCOURAGED ME TO KEEP CALLING IF I HAD ANY MORE. THIS WAS ONE OF THE MOST PLEASANT EXPERIENCES I'VE HAD IN YEARS OF CONTRACTING SERVICES.
