Description of Work: They cleaned the gutters on my one-story house. They seem to have done an adequate job, though I was not monitoring it closely. My only real complaint is that we had some scheduling problems - once I needed to cancel, once he needed to cancel, and then the third appointment time almost did not fit into their day. But on the whole, the service was fine, and a fair bargain.

Description of Work: They cleaned my windows, inside and out. The team was very friendly and got right to work. There were just a few streaks that I didn't notice until they left (my fault, as I could have done a more thorough review while they were there), but overall they did a great job.

Description of Work: Do to the large amounts of rain we had all spring, they were not able to do my deck. We had rain for 5 - 6 weeks none stop. Sean, the manager was very professional. I would call him again if I need work done. It was not their fault we had so much rain that he couldn't work. Sean agreed to have Angie refund my $199.00.

Description of Work: They cleaned all the windows per our agreement. They informed that I had double Windows (which was not part of the agreement) and there would be an additional charge of $80 to clean all. I agreed and the Windows look great.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for 26 casement windows. There was some back and forth for the date and services. They arrived early on the date scheduled. There was one person outside and one person inside, they were done very quickly and they were very polite. I did not have them put the screens back as they can be difficult to work with. When they left I went to put the screens back and while they had wiped them with a wet rag they were still very dirty so I had to wipe them all down before putting them back. The day after they were there was very sunny and unfortunately the sun shining through the windows showed all the wipe marks and illuminated the areas that they missed. I also paid extra to have two skylights cleaned, they were not cleaned on the inside and I'm not sure they were cleaned on the outside. I did not follow them around as they were working. I was disappointed.

Description of Work: I bought the $89 big deal for 13 windows. When they came, it turned out that did not cover my old wood windows with storms, so I paid extra for them to do those. That seemed fair. They did a great job and were very pleasant and hardworking people. It made a big difference in my house.

Description of Work: Dropped something off the the roof and broke a planter/bird feeder when they were cleaning out the gutters and didn't finish cleaning up the mess they made. When washing the windows they marked up the walls with their ladder and when they came back to try to touch up the marks, dropped paint on the carpeting and furniture and the paint didn't match and know I have to have the ceiling totally repainted. The windows were all streaked two days after they did them as well. I guess you get what you pay for.
