Description of Work: The job was fine but I both this for $99 and they stated that a 2 story was an additional $20.00 so to me it was lame on their part for not being clear on their terms and adding a few after it was purchased. I sent them an email saying would not pay it but they charged my wife anyway. Sorry,align your actions with the words of the offer rather than change them after the purchase.

Description of Work: They did not tell us ahead of time that they would need the use of a hose to clear the gutters. Because of the time of year our water and that of our neighbors were turned off and could not be turned back on. So this part of the job was not done. They did make a note of this for the future.

Description of Work: They cleaned my gutters. These people do a GREAT job! They are also really easy to deal with. They respond quickly and follow up. The work they do is thourough, and they leave the job site as clean as when they found it. I have recommended them to friends and family, and will continue to do so.

Description of Work: The crew cleaned my gutters. They were quick and efficient. My only possible complaint was that some of the debris from the gutters ended up on my deck and was not cleaned up, but that was minor. I have used these guys for three years and will do so again.

I sent them a message a d days later they finally answered and said I had to call them to schedule. I called to schedule and I got a voicemail message but the mailbox was full and I couldn't leave a message. I tried calling the next day and I got the same message and full mailbox. | |I had a feeling this is how it was going to go withtheir service even after I scheduled so I contacted Angie's list for a refund. Their customer service is always reaponsive and reliable. They issed a refundright away.
