VACUUM CITY SALES & SERVICE CENTER

My fiancee and I purchased a Dyson DC41 Animal a couple years ago and while we've had it it's broken down a few times. Each time it has been repaired by Vacuum City - and each time they've done a great job of not only fixing our vacuum, but also educating us about the vacuum itself. They've gone above and beyond by cleaning the nooks and crannies and all the places that are practically impossible to reach completely free of charge. I really appreciate the length they go to help their customers. 
This last time our vacuum had issues Dyson gave us the choice of repair shops to choose from and although there was the opportunity to go to shops closer to us - we choose to go to Vacuum City (even though it's a 45 minute drive) knowing we'd get the best service available.

I'd been using another company for service and supplies for our central vac system for over 10 years. They went out of business and we started getting fliers from one of the former owners of that earlier company, encouraging us to be his customers at a new company. I called to make a service appointment and he stood me up. When I called to clarify and try to reschedule, he acted like I was the crazy one to be annoyed about being stood up because he was just so busy. I told him never mind, I'll find someone who values my business.
So then I went on Angie's List to look for another provider and found Vacuum City. They were courteous, prompt and reasonably priced. He showed up the next day and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes.

We called Vacuum City and they set up an appointment for two weeks into the month. The day after we scheduled a time, they called back with a cancellation and asked if we would be interested in an earlier appointment. The gentleman came out to our house, assessed the problem, and quickly repaired and cleaned our unit. He completed the work in a short 30 minutes.

They repaired my vacuum and did a good job. They also gave me a loaner while mine was being repaired. I had a good experience with them and would use them again if needs arise.

It is a pleasure to deal with this place. This is my third time there. The first two times were for little things, but they would been covered by my warranty. They didn't even take my warranty information saying that it didn't take very long to fix. I felt so guilty that I bought some sort of rug cleaner. This is a classy operation and I'm glad that they're in my neighborhood!

Quick phone response; accurate estimate; quick service; highly professional and courteous. The location is a bit hard to find if you're not familiar with the area, but it's worth the extra few minutes to track it down.

I took my vacuum cleaner (Kenmore) into the shop without an appointment. The store owner (I'm assuming) was quick to look at the vacuum and diagnose the issue. The belt in the vacuum had broken. Within 5 minutes, he had replaced the belt and gave the rest of the vacuum and inspection and cleaning. I spent less than $10 to have it fixed (would have cost $25 for Sears to just look at the vacuum cleaner). I've found my new shop to have my vacuum repaired.

It went very very well. They told me what was wrong with it and it didn't cost me anything! You can't beat that. They showed me how to fix the issue.

These folks were easy to deal with and when looking for the issue with my larger vacuum they were unable to find anything wrong with it in a thorough inspection. The smaller vacuum they were able to fix and it works perfectly at this time. The larger vacuum is running fine as well. They were professional and the vacuums were ready to be picked up when they stated they would be.
