We visited their store and talked with one of their designers/sales people. She was helpful and gave us an extensive catalog to take home. We picked a few different pieces to focus on. When we returned that designer was sick, but the store manager showed us some loveseats that were on our list. Once we picked one, she worked with us on fabric. Delivery was on time and within the time period she said it would take to build the loveseat. The original designer came to our home and measured a doorway to make sure it would fit into the room in which it was going to be. Both were knowledgeable and professional. We spent a little more than we wanted to, but I think this furniture will last decades. We didn't particularly like the delivery charge, but I guess that's just part of the price.

I shopped and numerous stores while searching for the exact sofa I wanted for my family room. I fell in love with a particular style at Thomasville and really liked the saleswoman who was helping me. She came to my home with different fabric samples and helped me choose a fabric that coordinated well with my existing furniture. We processed the sale in my living room so I didn't have to drive back out to the store. I paid 1/3 of the cost up front. The furniture came is when expected, and they called to schedule delivery within a week of it arriving in their store. Prior to arrival, I had to go back to the store to arrange for interest-free financing of the balance. While there, I found a chest for my entryway that was on clearance and thought I had found a chair that would go well with my new sofa. My new saleswoman (the old one had left the company), Trish, offered to come to my house that day and see if the chair would look good in the room. Upon arrival, she looked at the layout of the room and said, very honestly, that it was not a good fit. I was so appreciative of her honesty. She did think the chest would be perfect for my entryway. I called yesterday and added the chest to the order and they agreed to deliver it with the sofa today.

I was very disappointed that no one oversaw the salesperson's work when he left the company. Our incorrect chair problem was noted on the delivery ticket and should have been picked up.
