I had never done business with them before, and had to have my drive scooped out that same afternoon. They got the job done, and it was done thoroughly and included some of the sidewalk, too.

Premier called me within minutes of submitting my request to Servicemagic. I had an estimate the next day and the work was completed within a very short amount of time. The quality of the work was excellent and we plan to continue to use Premier for future landscape needs.

First cut, lawn is fairly large, lots of details, and they manged to do almost everything correct, the first time.

Happy with the service! I had many stumps grounded out and mulch installed. Mowing service is prompt and efficient. They leave the yard very crisp & clean.

QUOTE ON SNOW REMOVAL: Rich came out to look at my driveway. I had talked to my neighbor across the street from me and she also wanted a quote on hers. We were both happy with the quote he gave us and I felt he would be good to work with. He has lived in the area all his life and I felt was trustworthy.

First off this is a Lawn and Landscape service that contracts out it concrete work to subcontractors. That was mistake number one. Once the concrete guys got there for the job they realized the landscape guy underbid our job so they wouldn't do anything else until we agreed to pay more. What are you supposed to do when half of your driveway is broken up? This job ended up costing about 2000 more than original quote and I will never do business again with them. I felt like I was in a spot and this company did not hold up its part of the bargain.

winter has not come yet so can't evaluate the service but he was prompt and very nice in getting the bid to me.

They came out the same day I called them and are easy to get and to stay in touch with concerning the work to be done.

Rich came out and gave an estimate for the work. The come out on a regular basis to mow the lawn which is great. The reason that they did not receive 5 stars is because I asked Rich about planting a new garden and he has not gotten back to me about it.

Crabtree Heating & Cooling was the company that I hired to plow my driveway and shovel the snow off of my sidewalk. I am not rating them since I would prefer to rate Premier Lawn & Landscapes since I decided that I am going to use Premier Lawn & Landscape to plow my driveway in the future. I received a call from Crabtree and should have asked more questions with regards to the price since I only heard the minimum of $45.00. The owner of Crabtree plowed my driveway and shoveld my sidewalk and did an excellent job. I wasn't all that happy with the $85.00 that it cost me. I would suggest everyone to get a firm price over the phone. Tom

This company did a nice job. He was on time. He quote was reasonable. The work was done in not time. We will use them again in the Spring for lawn service as well!

Vendor's rep was polite,efficient and timely with a bid. Vendor delivered salting and snow removal services as promised for an entire subdivision. Costs are competitive with similar services. So far, no complaints.

Premier's bid was competitive, and they have done a quality job for me so far.

Communication was the most difficult part of the process. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Price estimate was within budget but still in excess of anticipation. Would absolutely definitely hire this pro again and have absolutely no reservations in recommending them to other customers.

I was disappointed with the quality of the plasntings and asked Rich to replace any that wouldn't make it through the winter, which he readily agreed to do. The following Spring I tried to contact him to ask him to do as he promised and replace the plantings that did not come back in the Spring but he would not return my call. I will now notify the BBB, I paid him ovet $1,000.00 and have only about a dozen plants that survived,
