The price for the installation and the monthly monitoring service was less than the "big guys." We have used them for our office, so now I'm trying them for our home. Installation was quick and well done. Had a technical problem with equipment one week later and they were out to fix it "johnny on the spot." I'm impressed.

Joe from Nighthawk was great to work with. The installer that came to our house was outstanding. Overall the flexibility and professionalism of the contacts that I dealt with at Nighthawk were all great. One of my best vendor experiences during the remodel of our home.
