Bruce was called for dishwasher repair on a Frigidaire that was under warranty. The dishwasher was not rinsing dishes on the lower rack properly and it was leaving them gritty.
After looking at it for a couple of minutes, Bruce insisted that it had something to do with how I was using the dishwasher. He questioned how I was placing the dishes in the rack, the soap I was using, etc. I am generally receptive to criticism, but between his condescending tone and the subject (how to use a dishwasher), I was not pleased. Nonetheless, I listened to him and was pleasant with him throughout the visit. I just wish he would have been paying more attention to fixing the problem and assuming I was right rather than denying there was a problem and trying to fix me.
He finally got diagnostic codes from the dishwasher. It spit out a code that the dryer vent was not working properly. Bruce ordered the part, and a few weeks later he returned to replace it. Unfortunately, it did not fix my problem.
Bruce wants more money to come out and diagnose the problem that he a) should have got right the first time, and b) couldn't figure out. Frigidaire says he should come back out for free to diagnose it, which seems to make sense since he was already paid to do that and failed. Now my dishwasher is no longer under warranty so I guess I am stuck with the bill thanks to Bruce's poor work.
Steer clear from this guy. He is not capable of properly diagnosing problems and will not stand by his work if a problem arises.

Had them come out to fix the new dishwasher we purchased because it was not cleaning the dishes nor completely drying the dishes. Unfortunately, the day they came out, the cleaners had loaded the dishwasher. Despite the fact that I told him that I understand the cleaners did not properly load the dishwasher, I told him that I am the one who primarily loads it and I have tried several times with minimal dishes prior, and it still did not clean. He asked me if I knew how to load a dishwasher. I replied that I loaded our previous dishwasher and it cleaned the dishes without a problem, so yes, I know how to properly load a dishwasher. He left stating that he could not find a problem and to switch to liquid detergent and run the sink water until it is hot before starting the dishwasher.

Bruce is very timely and professional. He called to set up the appointment and called as he was on his way. He fixed everything and came back a second time to do insert a gasket which he thought would also help. He is great to work with and is top notch.

Bruce came out and diagnosed the problem within about 5 minutes, then he ordered the part and came back to install it within a week. He also took care of all the warranty details, as the product was still covered by the factory warranty. He made this repair about as easy and painless as possible. I would definitely use him again for both warranty and non warranty repairs for any of my home appliances.

Showed up on time! Diagnosed the problem of a bad switch. He did not have the part with him, so he called supplier and found it. Went directly to the supplier and picked it up, and came back to our house. Did not charge us for the extra time. Bruce is a great guy and we will use his services again in the future.

Service person knew his business, was professional and explained what had happened and what needed to be replaced. They did have to make a return call to install an ordered part. Service tech showed up on time for both calls and even provided a call ahead notice when he was on the way. Clean, quick, courteous and efficient. I would recommend them.

When I called to set up the appointment, the woman answering the phone was extremely helpful. I have an Asko washing machine and she warned me that while Bruce could work on it, if it needed any parts those could be difficult to come by and take a long time to receive.
I was given a four hour window of time for service and Bruce called me about 30 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way.
Bruce was extremely helpful and professional. While he was fixing my dishwasher, he showed me how to tell if the float was stuck and what to do to get it unstuck should the problem occur again so I wouldn't have to call for service.
For a visit, Bruce charges a base service call price and then for time spent working in fifteen minute increments (plus parts but my problems didn't require new parts). He was here for an hour but only charged me for forty-five minutes because we spent time waiting for my washing machine to fill and then drain and spin (it didn't have a spin only cycle). He said his service call is valid for thirty days so should I have anything happen, he can come out again and I would only be responsible for paying for his time. Additionally, he said if I tried to fix something on my own and got stuck to call his office and they would answer questions or walk me through the process.
I would highly recommend Bruce and his work.

Bruce was able to come out within a couple of hours of me calling him. He diagnosed that our clothes dryer needed new coils and he replaced them. The only problem was that when he was done with the repair, the dryer had developed a buzzing noise. Bruce determined that the noise was coming from the dryer motor. The noise was not there prior to him coming out and he even admitted to me that it made him look bad. The buzzing noise does not affect the dryer's performance and we don't notice it outside of the utility room. Unless the motor fails, there is no need to replace it yet. I would call him again for our next appliance repair.

Bruce charges a fair dollar for a great job. I've known Bruce for nine years and I trust him in my house alone. He is punctual and professional. If you live in Woodbury, you've probably already had him in your home to repair things. I recommend him to others.

Bruce and his staff were very responsive and were willing to investigate the problem before even coming out for the service call. Transparency into the cost was important to me. He went an picked up the part I needed and it was installed in no time.
