Their oil change is usually about $39 because they do like a system check, like a point check and everything to make sure everything's fine. They're very professional. They will tell me different prices. They tell me if I should buy a new one or they can just give me a reconditioned part. They've worked with some of our used cars, our older cars and their prices are very competitive and they go the extra mile to find me parts at the cheapest price. They do a point check and they'd recommend stuff and if I don't want to do it, that's fine. It's good because I get everything computerized, printed out. It's a nice place. With automotives, I'll never know what I'm getting into sometimes but when they're going to be a little bit late than what they said, they call right away and give me a heads-up; that happened once but that was fine.

It went great.  I had been going to another place but their was a change in management and they were abusive to my roommate with the way they addressed her.  One of their mechanics was leaving at the end of the month to set up his own shop but I did not want to wait that long to get work done.  AM-PM was also recommended by that mechanic.  I had gone on Angies List to look  up a different repair shop and found AM-PM Auto.  They provided a loaner vehicle for the day my van was in the shop so I could get to work.  They took a look at the vehicle and called me to give me an idea as to what was needing to be done and what needed to be done immediately.  This information was also laid out on the invoice they gave me along with the cost.

Of my total bill of $1,210, $871 was for parts and $377 for labor.

They are a family run shop and found them very cordial and willing to co-operate with ones schedule.

We took the car back to them and they determined it was that the part they had put in had failed. The repair cost us nothing as it was a warranty issue. Again they were efficient, courteous, and did the work well. Our 1954 Nash Ambassador is stored 50 miles away, but we are thinking of bringing it to AM PM the next time it needs work.

My motor was sluggish come to find out my inter-cooler and turbo were bad on my diesel. They went the extra mile and found some used part along with some new ones and saved me some money. I have been taking our vehicles there for 12 years and have always found Greg to be a very trustworthy and fair guy. My oil pan is leaking and instead of a 12 hour service which means pulling the motor we are going to try alternative method of stopping the leak. Most shop would even try anything like that.

they miss diagnosed problem with the front end and wanted a lot to do repairs.Had someone else do repair at half the cost and they did it right the firs time!

They seem to be reasonably honest.  You can choose the parts you want to be used.  They work with me on that.  They are willing to use owner supplied parts and it’s just that they don’t provide guarantee and that does not matter anyway on a 10-year-old car.  I certainly think they could improve in pricing.  There was something loose in the front brakes, so I will have to take it back to them.  I will use them in the future.

This is only my second time using AM-PM, but both times they have been very professional and have fixed my car without doing any 
unnecessary  work - both times they fixed the problem for about $130.   I was very impressed that the tech brought the car to my house so that he could properly identify the noise that I had heard.   The brakes are working much better now and they determined that the noise I have been hearing is not an immediate problem.

They have worked for me in the past. They do a good job at a fair price.

The work cost me under $200, which was lesser what my dealership would have charged me. They got everything done. I didn?t incur additional cost. They have the old mechanic garage kind of feel about them. I will continue to use their service in the future.

My wife?s workplace uses them for maintenance on their vehicles so that is how she found out about them. They don?t treat her like an idiot because she is a woman. They didn?t give her that attitude at all. They pegged it right away as far as what was wrong with the vehicle. They fixed it right away and we have not had any problems with it.

Done well, on time and on budget.

They are really good and reliable guys. They don't try to sell you things you don't need. They stand by their work.
