The man did a good job applying the spray. Also, he let us know when he was starting and warned us about keeping pets out of the sprayed areas.

Professional and timely. Minimal disruption. So far, we have seen the amount of bugs as we have in the past. Hope it continues.

I have had virtually no bugs since the treatment. After being dive-bombed by these pests all last winter I have SO enjoyed being bug free!

I did not get the message they were coming on a particular day and I was painting the house. They had no problem coming back on another day. Very pleased with their promptness and professionalism.

It worked out fine and I thought they came a little bit early but they did a thorough job and took care of the bug issues we were having. The spraying is effective and we do get a few bugs that come in but essentially they are very, very rare. The pricing was fair. They were very professional.

We greatly appreciate that this is a small, family owned/operated company that sends out the same person to complete the job. Steve's assistant, who we have worked with all summer, was sent out to help us with the spontaneous return of a mole/gopher We know his face, honesty and accountability. It is unfortunate for us that we live on a lot of acreage and will need to have continuous external support, but we are fortunate to have found a reliable, dependable company as is this one.

They came out and did a great job. They were prompt, professional and had good pricing. Best of all we have not seen bugs since we had them out and we have been plagued with them every fall since we have lived in our home. One guy came out to do this work for us. We would use them again.

It worked fine. They put down some bait traps. I also got their coupon because they sprayed my house to prevent bugs and I have not noticed any bugs since then.

Great communication. E-mailed to confirm the Angie's List purchase. Called to setup appointment. Called about 15 minutes ahead to set the time of application about the middle of the 4 hour window of the appointment. I wasn't home, but there was information left about the application in the front door. Very nice people on the phone, great experience.

So far...excellent! We love that this is a family owned/operated business and the quality of their service has been great. Our property was literally destroyed because of the gophers/moles and voles. After a month, they have it under control but monitor it frequently-per our request. I think what stood out to me the most was when the owner Steve was telling us how we could lay down grub control on our lawn (as an added measure of security) and that his company could do that for us for an additional fee...I showed him what we had recently bought and he advised us that it was in our best interest to do it ourselves verses having the company do it (they approved of what we had bought). I was impressed. This was not a man out to make a buck. This was a man who was genuinely trying to help us save money and do what was best for us. Nice work ethic.

Steve gave us an initial consultation (free) regarding our yard and mole problem. We have been battling moles for over 4 years now and I finally had to admit, nothing I had tried had worked so we called a professional. Actually we called several professionals and liked Steve the best due to his immediate response time on the phone and for coming to our house so quickly. He looked around the yard extensively and then provided some good insight as to how moles behave, where he suspected their main tunnels in and out of yard were located and a good plan to remove them. We waited until the ground was almost frozen to finally call a professional (1 week before Thanskgiving) but Steve came out to set up his traps anyway on the 15th or 16th of November. He then removed them the Friday after Thanksgiving. He trapped 4-5 moles (can't remember exactly). We will have him back in the spring because there simply wasn't enough time before freezing to be sure we solved the problem 100% (our fault for waiting too long in the fall). I was very, very relieved that he did get some moles right away as I had been trying for 4+ years with poison, traps, etc and the problem only seemed to get worse, never better. Our lawn is in very bad shape now, I wish I had called him 2 years ago. Steve was very personable, very responsive to our questions and was 100% on time each time he visited. We are definitely using him in the future and we would recommend him to anyone with animal or pest problems. I think he said he has been doing this for 17+ years, he definitely knew what he was talking about. Thanks, Steve!

Service person arrived promptly and performed his tasks very well. Returned in a week to check traps and remove trapped mole. Excellent service.

He set up traps to capture fox, was very professional and knowledgeable - fox moved on before capture. He removed traps - at no charge.
