Wildlife Control Now

I live in the country so various animals move in at different times of the year. Wildlife Control calls in advance to see if I want them to come out. They ask about any specific problems that I am having. Last winter, I mentioned that my lawn looked like a maze of tunnels after the winter. They changed the traps for mice and voles. This past winter, i said that I was noticing some mouse droppings. They checked my traps and all of the bait was gone. They fixed that and added another trap without an extra charge. In my neighbors yards, I am noticing vole/mole tunnels after winter the snow melt. My yard has none. Another time, I mentioned that I had hornet hives at the roof peaks. They were able to dislodge them and clear several sides of my house of hornets flying around. I am very pleased with their services and will continue using them

Great. The tech arrived punctually and did the service thoroughly. We had no more yellow jacket sightings following his treatment.

The first time they came out was late in the day, it rained that evening so didn't really work. When I called them they came out a second time and that time it really helped. I was pleased with their taking care of the problem. I would use them again.

Wildlife Control Now responds quickly and professionally. They always gave us a courtesy call before coming onto our property. The employees are very professional. They are always very accommodating with our dog to keep her out of the area being treated. We strongly recommend them for your pest control needs.

I had a couple of miscommunications with this provider regarding scheduling. When I placed the order I specifically noted that I would call them when I wanted the service performed, however they came out the next day when I was not at home. When I called they were very helpful and assured me they would come again when I requested at no charge. Several months later I had a voicemail saying they would be out later that day or the next, I can't remember. I immediately called and left a message that I was not ready for their service, however they showed up anyway. But, their service was excellent and we have been bug-free. Other than the scheduling issues, I am completely happy with the service.

They were wonderful, prompt, and professional. They were thorough and were very effective.

We had them out to spray for box elders and lady bugs two years now, and there was a definite decrease. Then we heard critters moving in the ceiling. We weren't sure if they were squirrels or mice. They came out promptly, let us know it was mice and how to keep them out.

They were really good communicating when they were coming and we like them, we like the people there.

ok. I haven't had anymore issues with wasps. Small misunderstanding with scheduling.

The young man that came out was punctual, friendly, and professional. He explained what he was going to do and got my OK before he did the job. He left a detailed receipt along with an explanation of the service provided. After he left I was confident that if the pests were not eradicated he would return and make it right. I will contact Wildlife Control Now for any future issues we have with pests.

It went well. I would definitely do it again. It was so nice to be able to garden and not get eaten up.

I had signed up for three dates for the wasp removal. I have left them a couple of messages and they have not returned a message at all.

The service worked well. They were flexible. We asked them for additional services including a rodent treatment and we signed up to have them back out. They have great follow up.

That did not turn out very good at all. I am allergic to certain pesticides. I called this company to see that they had an organic and a standard pesticide. I called to make sure that I got the organic treatment. I did not hear from them. They came out and they had no organic treatments with them, so I was faced with a dilemma since I was having a party and there were going to be about 50 people coming. I had them then do the treatment anyway. They then called me and let me know what they would do is they would come back later in the month to do the organic treatment. I don’t think they ever came back; at least they didn’t when I was home. I felt unsatisfied with the full transaction. They should not have advertised that they had organic if they did not have that treatment. They should have told me if they came out also.

They made it out fairly quickly. Between their treatment and the interior treatment I purchased, I haven't seen an ant since. Communication with the technician was very good. He was very nice and professional. The price of the service seemed fair.

That went great! We were having them treat for regular bugs like spiders and ants. The tech was at the home for about an hour. We did the scheduling online and they called us to confirm.

Service was very quick. Immediate response to the deal purchase to follow up with an appointment. Vendor arranged to spray yard in his schedule. I did not need to be home and did not interact personally with company.

Service performed as arranged. Moderately effective in eliminating Mosquitos.

It went very well. The gentleman who sprayed the yard called in advanced and explained everything in detail. We were always kept informed of our choices and status of when he completed.

Went very well, tech took care to avoid our flowering plants which could be affected by the chemical used. Was done in less than an hour and we've noticed a significant decrease in skeeters in our yard.

So far we have not had any problems with mosquito's but it has also been very windy which will drive them away. I did try and call them after they came out as I was not at home when they did the service and wanted to know if I could mow the grass or not and no one called me back.

It did a good job, but did not call before he was coming.

We requested spray services for bees and wasps. We have several wasp nests in our eves and were hoping a professional could come out and exterminate the wasps and bees. The young man that came out was very friendly, however he told us when he arrived he couldn?t use his ladders to reach over 30 feet high. None of our house eves are 30 feet or higher, so he stood on his tippy toes and sprayed a can of Hot Shot Wasp and Hornet killer. It?s the same stuff we purchased at Home Depot. If you want to use this company for wasps or bees, save yourself considerable money by just buying a can of spray for $5 and doing it yourself.

It ended up going OK. I think they could have been a little more careful around the house. I would consider doing the Deal again if the price was right.
