Description of Work: Turns out I only had one bat in the house and I was able to capture and release so did not need help. However I gave information about Wildlife Control to my sister for a squirrel problem. She reported very good service and squirrel in attic problem is now solved. She called on Memorial Day and a man came over that day to assess and get a plan! I do not know final cost but my sister thought it was reasonable for work done.

Description of Work: They showed up and performed the service and it went very well....couldn't believe how few box elder bugs we got last year....thought it was impossible to get rid of them. They only weird thing was that they called one night @ ~8 p.m. and asked if they could show up ASAP. I said ok...it got done and service was good....but scheduling was not what I expected.

Description of Work: I called Wildlife Control because I believed I had squirrels in the crawl space. The folks who came told me they believed it was rodents. They recommended an exterior rodent control system. I agreed to this solution, although I still have something in the crawl space. They were courteous and prompt.

Description of Work: We had huge number of tunnels. They set traps(didn't)have enough= came next week=traps were tripped because they were VOLES not MOLES however he said VOLES had open holes where MOLES didn't. The holes were very evident the first week he came so why didn't they go after the V not the M in the beginning? They left boxes of poison around yard with the smaller holes all that has done is nothing but make the VOLES procreate like rabbits they have never been back 4 visits for over $300 was supposed to get veterans discount but didn't happen. The very young man was polite but he was not the owner of the company, I would like a refund of our money.Nancy Richter e

Description of Work: The service provider assured my wife this would not be harmful to the monarch butterfly. However, the day after the spraying all the caterpillars on our milkweeds in the proximity of the spraying had disappeared.

Description of Work: Sprayed for bugs, they were very courteous and worked around my schedule. I was told when applied, that the treatment would last about 3 months. Have my cabin done every year, different company, they spray in March or April & last until the frost. So I was disappointed

The active ingredients in the products used for this type of service can vary significantly depending on many factors, including exposure to sunlight, precipitation, and the amount originally applied to each area. Customer report an average effective time-frame of around 90 days, before needing another application. There are certainly exceptions to this, and we have also received reports of customers reporting season-long control, albeit unusual. We would like to contact you this week to determine what products were used at your other property, and if they are available to us, would be happy to re-apply at no charge.
