Description of Work: Sprayed for mosquitos. Probably would not use them again as we can get the same results, for less with mosquito killer from ACE Hardware. No problem with the service, however.

Description of Work: 6/11: Ordered the Stinging Pest and Wasp Treatment deal. Received message right away thanking me and saying we would be contacted beforehand with a specific date for the service. Nice. However, no phone call until June 21, from Brad, saying he was on his way to our home. No one was home. Would have at least liked to speak with him. Turned out he sprayed for mosquitos, not wasps. Sent message on 6/27. Received response from Tami on 6/29, apologizing for the confusion and stating Brad would contact us. 7/14, sent another message as Brad had not called. 7/15, received another reply that Brad would be reminded to contact us. He did and came out to spray, apologizing for the confusion. My husband met him, said he was a nice guy, but used the same type of bug spray we have used in the past, purchased from Target for a lot less. Nice responses from Tami, sorry I cannot give then an A, but disappointed in the purchase value.

Description of Work: I had had a tremendous number of box elder bugs in our house the previous year and it was nothing to kill 50 a day. I was desperate to not have that happen again. I purchased the service and they performed itand I had no bugs! I was pleased.

Description of Work: Sprayed outside of house with box elder bug repellent/killer. Fabulous results. I will definitely use them again in the future. Three different back yard neighbors with three VERY LARGE box elder trees. Front side of our house which faces south (Sun) gets covered with the boxelder bugs in the fall. I was amazed by the results.
