Paul Davis Restoration

Our basement in a rental home flooded and our insurance company suggested these guys. We called and their contractor came out and was very professional. But then they sent us a bill later for work they never performed. It was 6 times the bill that the contractor quoted us. When we could produce pictures as proof that they did NOT do the work, they backed off certain line items but added few new ones that cant be disputed via pictures. We are still dealing with this company trying to resolve this issue. They threaten to send to a collection agency if we do not pay.

It was the worst experience ever. It was stressful, they lied and did shotty work. As they were working they were doing it wrong. It was pointed out to them but I was told they knew what they were doing. The outside wall is now caving in. All of the windows have broken and you can see that the wall is physically caving in. The insurance rep said that it was due to the awful work that this company had completed. I am now fully liable for the repairs. Stay clear of this company! They made all kinds of promises that they were incapable of delivering.
