Aron and his team worked hard, were friendly and polite. The cameras work but two key features of the system do not. The DVR is unable to record on motion detection, instead it records constantly. Secondly, because it is not recording on motion, it also is unable to alert us to motion detection via email as the system is supposed to do. Both of these features are critical to our personal needs and were the primary things we were looking for. He was quite responsive when we wanted a system, but when it didn't work it takes multiple emails and phone calls to get a response. When he finally does respond he might offer a troubleshooting idea for us that never works and then we don't hear from him again. It is back to hounding him with phone calls and emails. It sounds like Aron is frustrated himself with the manufacturer of the device, but this is the system he installed and it doesn't work as promised.
