5 Star Heating & Air

Went well. Technician was courteous and prompt. This was our first time using this firm but would definitely use again based on this experience.

Curtiss was prompt and had the problem fixed (bad capacitor,) in about 15 minutes. He then made a thorough check of the system to make sure there were no other issues. He was patient as he explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. I will definitely use them again if and when the need arises.

Everything went well. Dave was the guy who serviced my hvac. He had a ton of knowledge about heating, cooling, and codes in general. During the tune up he explained the process, what to look for, and what I should consider for future work. Overall great experience and I felt like I learned a bunch about my hvac unit along the way. No pressure on suggested services just a heads up on most common points of failure or pointing out components that the may be nearing the end of their life.

Had my Air Exchange quit working, after calling a couple of companies and both wanting 75.00 to 100.00 dollars just to come out on a scheduled visit to take a look I called 5 Star Heating and Air. They were out the next day and were able to replace the unit and the bathroom switches that very day and at nearly half the cost! THANK YOU 5 Star! I will call you for all my future service needs. Great staff!!!!

Very quick response time!! Service Tech was efficient and professional, and I appreciated that he took time to explain the procedure and preventive steps for the future.

I called and spoke to the owner, Dave Sherwood. He was very pleasant and easy to deal with. He said he would have a plumber (all their plumbers are Master Plumbers) out as soon as he finish up what he was doing. within the hour Luke Moe was at my house to do the work, with the new toilets in tow. The price was acceptable and expected. It was quick, easy (for me) friendly and professional. I spoke to him about my furnace briefly and he had the answer to all of my questions. I'm so happy to have found 5 Star because as we all know, plumbing and heating in any house is a necessary evil. Thanks Dave and Luke! Wanda

This company is a rare gem. While I was quoted with over a week to get someone like CenterPoint or Bonfe out to look at our A/C, we were able to call Paul at 8:30pm, and he came out at 10pm the same night. They explained what was wrong, did what they could to try to get some temporary fixes in place to get it going, and walked through our options and reasoning behind them. They said they literally could start in the middle of the night if we needed an A/C unit replacement. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and clear caring about their business and customers was amazing to see. It is so rare these days, and hopefully others will read this and call Paul!
