Description of Work: Tom power raked, aerated, and over-seeded our lawn. After a few good rains, it is looking greener and healthier. I can tell the change because now our lawn is about the same color as my neighbors', and theirs is always gorgeous. I'm really happy with how it's looking. + -1 moreTom responded to my call for an estimate promptly and we agreed on a price of $150.00 which I thought was reasonable. He returned within a week at a very busy time of the year for him to do the work, however, he obviously had hurried through the job and I was not satisfied with either the quality of the trimming or the clean-up. He returned quickly when I called to notify him of my dissatisfaction, and agreed to return within a few days to re-do the work, which he agreed had not been done to his usual standards. He completed the work on his second visit in a much more thorough way, including the clean-up, and was apologetic about the quality of the work he had done the first time. He said he had been in a hurry and agreed that he hadn't done a very professional job. I rated him high because of his willingness to come back and do the job right without a bunch of excuses.
Description of Work: Trimmed all of the bushes in the front of my home that had not been trimmed for a couple of years including some very high ones that reached over the eaves of my split-level home.

Description of Work: I hired Steeleman's for our Fall clean-up. The yard, trees, and shrubs were cleared of all debris. The yard received a final mowing and the grass and leaves were vacuumed up as well.

+ -1 moreI reached the owner on the first phone call which was great. He was able to give me a quote over the phone based on my description of my yard. The rate seems to be very average for this type of service and considering the steep hill in my backyard I think the price is reasonable. He was very courteous and easy to work with. Since he had just mowed in my neighborhood that day he advised that it would be another week before my lawn would be added to his schedule which was just fine. It has only been two weeks, but they have been very prompt and efficient so far. I would not hesitate to call Mr. Steele again for future services.
