Description of Work: The Garage Door Man replaced our double and single garage doors on our home with new steel doors with windows we had purchased at Menard's. He came on time, realized a key piece was missing from the box that one of the doors was in, and was able to replace it with one he had in his stash. In all the doors are perfectly installed and add such a nice new look to the house.

Description of Work: Great experience. Troy answered my calls promptly, and researched a specific option for an opener. When I was ready to have it installed, we set up a time and I felt completely comfortable leaving him a check so that I didn't need to stay on site while he completed the job. He charged a fair price and the service was great.

+ -1 moreGarage door would only open about an inch or so one night and noticed one of the torsion springs was in pieces. Gave Troy (Garage Door Man) a call that night and he was able to come out the following morning. He showed up promptly, had all the parts and tools he needed and replaced both springs (second spring was as old as the broken one). Took him all of 20 minutes. Awesome. The Garage Door Man was friendly, professional and I wouldn't hesitate to call.

+ -1 moreI called Garage Door Man this morning, he was able to come out in the late afternoon on the same day to fix my broken garage door opener. He arrived promptly and was able to diagnose the problem shortly after taking apart my opener. He had a new gear kit in his truck that fit my older model garage door opener. After fixing my opener and taking the time to get the adjustments perfect, I asked him to take a look at the door track, as I had been having some issues with the door moving roughly. He made a slight adjustment to the track, then oiled my spring and both tracks. My door has never run better- and he didn't charge me for the extra 25-30 minutes he spent working on the track. He was very friendly and did a great job. I will definitely use him in the future and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone having issues with their garage door.

Description of Work: Garage Door Man (Troy) arrived on time, installed new garage door and took away the old one. Installed new tracks and 4 panel garage door. Troy did an excellent job and even adjusted our garage door opener. We are very please with Garage Door Man and would highly recommend him to everyone.

+ -1 moreTroy arrived on time and went right to work removing 3 old and rotting 9x7 garage doors and installing 3 newly purchased-from- Menards, Ideal, insulated, steel garage doors. All the old hardware, tracks, etc was removed and all new installed. The new doors are sweet! 2 of the 3 had openers, were correctly reattached and calibrated. The 3rd does not have an opener, but I am sure I will contact Troy soon to have one installed. The doors are quiet and smooth-running.

+ -1 moreGarage Door Man answered the call right away, was able to get to the house the same morning, and performed the service in about an hour. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and left no mess. I'd highly recommend his services and would call on him again.
Description of Work: The coil springs at the top of my garage door broke, which prevented the automatic door opener from working, and also prevented the door from staying open (we had to prop it open with a ladder to get the cars out). Garage Door Man replaced the coil springs, balanced and lubed the door - completely repairing the problem.

Description of Work: Called in the am about broken garage door cable. He came out within hours of the phone call. Repaired the garage door, replacing the broken cable and the cable on the otherside. Works perfectly and all for $80.00. Couldn't be more pleased with his quality work and wonderful service. Everything was perfect!
