Do NOT contract with this unresponsive, terrible business!! They do not clear the snow — only compress and compact it on to your drive. Show up more than 12-15 hours after a snowfall and do a horrible job!

In our third year with this company service really fell off. This is coincident with a big increase in homes they service in our neighborhood. I suspect their business grew faster than their equipment and hiring could accommodate. Wait times to get a first plow became so long that most mornings I had to shovel anyway just to get to work. I miss the service we had in the past!

Extremely well, very prompt and friendly staff.

We had a seasonal contract. They missed three snows, leaving ice all winter. They shoveled only a path rather than an entire sidewalk. No shoveling a path to the street or the backyard sidewalk as contracted. I paid in the fall and they called inquiring if I had paid, an indication of sloppy bookkeeping.

They charge $50 per visit. What keeps me going back to them is their quality and value. The workers are really professional and personable. I have been using them for just a year.

They do a good job. I like that I don't end up with several packed snow treads since they use the snow blowers. They also don't leave snow drifts that I can't see over. Their removal system leaves less icy build up.

Twin City Lawn care and Landscape plowed my driveway. They were punctual. My driveway was plowed before I left for work each morning. In the spring they came out to inspect if there was any damage. This was unexpected. Lawn did not need it but they put down some seed. It was nice. Many neighbors use them.

Fast, efficient, reliable, reasonable.

They cleared snow as expected.  Two swipes with their machines left a little too much clean up snow for my liking.

They're really good. They do snow removal but we haven't discussed that yet. We would keep on using them.

Today is the 19th, 4 days after our contract ended, and there was a lot of heavy snow in the driveway today...but so far they have been over twice to plow it out (thank you!). (If the sidewalk doesn't get shoveled today, we are more than fine with that!). However, during the contract season, TC Lawncare and Landscape arrived promptly after every snowfall to plow the driveway and shovel the sidewalk (think there was only one time when the sidewalk was missed). We were very pleased with the service, and especially like the fact that they will return after the city plows have plowed the streets. Based on our experience - highly recommended!

The first significant December snowfall they claimed to have plowed my driveway three times during that snowfall event. We are retired and I was home and I do not think they actually did the job 3 times. I tried calling Jarod three times and got no return call so I wrote him a nice letter and told him to please have his people clear the driveway at the end of the snowfall event. Still a week went by and no reply. I paid my bill on time by the way and chalked this first billing up to misunderstanding. Oh, in the letter I sent to Jarod I asked that they reset my and quot;trigger snowdepthand quot; from two inches to three inches. So I anticipated a bill for Feb that would include maybe two plowings. I think I was billed for 4 or 5. I am getting wordy and hope to shorten my story. I did end up calling the second in command and he was nice but did not follow thru either. I have a pretty good command of the English language but in the end I was reduced to 4 letter words at their lack of communication and lack of follow through. Overall, dealing with this company has left me frustrated and exasperated. I would not recommend them and am changing lawncare over to someone I can actually talk to and communicate with.

Went extremely well....we made a few changes in design along the way which were readily accomodated. We love the final product!

0The crew is always timely and most importantly cleans up very well! It is my favorite day of the week to come home after a visit from the crew! The fall clean-up knocks my socks off every year, totally worth the price -- a great value! We are thinking of using them for snow removal this season too!

We have used their service for 3 years. We have been very satisfied with their service.

I signed up for a monthly contract for lawn care services to include weekly lawn mowing. They did not come weekly. At one point they did not come for 2 1/2 weeks, so I had patches in my lawn where the grass was 11 inches long. I had to call 3 different times to find out what was going on. Their service was ok WHEN they came, and they were responsive when I called, but I could not depend on them. I decided to find a different service.

They did not follow my instructions that I had given them as to what I wanted done. I also gave them my cell number if they ever had any problems they could call me. They never called just did what they wanted to. The stairs were installed wrong and not up to code. They told me they were OK and that I was being too fussy. I had to call an inspector to have them change the stairs. The foreman was rude and said that I kept changing my mind. I hadn't changed my mind, I just knew they were doing it wrong. They said they had put pea gravel at the base of the wall and there was none. They had to take the wall out and put gravel in. It was a total nightmare and I had to take two days off of work to make sure the work was up to standard.
