We won't use them again. All they did was the kitchen and the bathroom. The two rooms they did were done well. They were responsive and punctual. I had to point out an area to ask if they were going to do it, right under their nose. It seemed they were in a real hurry to get out of there. I can't wash the baseboards anymore and I was hoping they would do things down at a lower level. They got back to us right away and they arrived on time. The boss was good and the employee was professional. Two workers came out and spent 2 and a half hours tops.

They did an OK job cleaning. However, when I arrived home from work, I found a large pool of water around the downstairs toilet. I discovered that the tank bolts were leaking and the tank had been pushed back toward the wall, causing a gap for the water to come through. I was able to adjust the tank and tighten the screws to stop the leaking. I will not have this company into my home to clean again.

Rodriguez cleaning is outstanding. They are on time, professional, thorough, easy to contact, convenient cleaning times, and nice people to have in your home. I would not hire anyone else. Rodriguez cleaning is THE way to go.

Considerable difficulty getting any sort of response for two months, until I made arrangements for a refund, at which point I had a reply within 5 minutes. I hope that the business is able to get on top of this issue so they can succeed.

I wasn't overjoyed at quality - window sill in master bath was not cleaned (had considerable dust on it), mopping of kitchen floor was done with a swab mop, so it was pretty useless. Bathroom floors were not swept or mopped.

Not at all worth the money. I purchased a whole house cleaning. Our house was remodeled and was entirely picked up, and many things (refridgerator, oven) were brand new and did not need to be cleaned. I only asked that the bathroom be scrubbed (it was hardly), floors cleaned, and windows washed. I ended up scrubbing the floors myself after, and cleaning the TON of dust and stuff they missed. This wasn't a messy house, just a dusty one. And they couldn't even do a good job on that. I would NOT recommend.

Julio and team did a great job cleaning up our house which was badly in need of a spring cleaning. They did everything as promised quickly and efficiently. The house has never been cleaner!

paid for six man hours. they worked for three man hours, and told me that they would give me another 3 hours service at another time. It has been weeks, never heard from them.

Originally the work was scheduled for Monday the 19th but when no one came I phoned and was told I was not on the schedule but he would bring a crew of 4 the next day at 4 p.m. (today) Tuesday. I received a call about 4 saying they would be 30 to 40 minutes late--which they were. I did not stay in the home but was in the garage or outside. About 70 minutes later, I was told they were done with the exception of part of the floor being completed. I asked for a walk-thru and discovered a couple places not done. so they complied. Glancing around, the house appeared to look good. Later I discovered that some dusting and putting things back in place in my bedroom were left undone. The owner said they were quite busy after the Angie's List offer. My take on the situation is inexperience, scheduling, or attending to detail. I believe they wanted to do a good job--but they still had a building to go clean this evening.. I do wish them well and I think more learning/experience will benefit this agency.

There was no response to my two emails. These people are a poor reflection to Angie's List.

Good. I was a little disappointed that they did not do windows.

The company does not wash walls. I searched deep clean on Angie's list. We had renters move out so I wanted that kind of deep clean, not a "I live in this house and I want you to take care of my cleaning for me". They did great on the stove and mopping the floors. Cleaning of the cupboards was okay but didn't get all of the grease and gunk off. The cupboards were pretty bad so they may have needed more time. They did not bring my phone number the first time so I missed them when they knocked on the door downstairs and they ended up rescheduling the cleaning.

Very professional service. My home has never looked cleaner. I will definitely use this service again.
