Went fine, two workers worked steadily and did s very nice job.

My wife felt comfortable with this team. That is a good measure and sometimes hard to obtain.

Never call d, emailed or showed up.

The staff was pleasant, courteous, thorough, and responsive. I appreciated the fact that they asked before using products on my hardwood floors, and they made sure I was satisfied with the work. With four workers, they finished 1500 square feet, 4 bedrooms and two baths in a little over an hour. I would recommend their service.

Julio and 2 others, Marcella and Jazz arrived on time at noon as scheduled, introduced themselves to me and were ready to work. Julio explained that I had paid for 4 hours of work and with the 3 of them they'd be here 1 hr. and 20 min. which I understood perfectly. Overall, they did an excellent job.

The team was prompt, efficient - kitchen and bathrooms sparkled. Great job!

Poorly. Two cleaners arrived on time. It was explained to me that the two would both work so they would would be there for four hours, which was fine with me. The senior cleaner left the saying he would be back in 30 minutes but was gone. For 2 hours, so I really got 6 hours not the 8 that I paid for. They did not do a good job cleaning, for example there were toothpaste globs left on a bathroom counter... They did a poor job overall.

On time, pleasant. 2 people kept busy for 2 1/2 hours.

We hired them for a special that included 4 hours of cleaning. I called before ordering the service and they were able to fit me in the same week. They showed up on time with 3 people and said they would be there for 1 hour and 20 minutes, however one of the people left right away to run to the convenience store nearby so I'm not sure if he was here for the whole 1 hour 20 minutes. They did a good job cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen and dusted and vacuumed the rest of the house. I noticed oven cleaner was not wiped off completely after they left. Also, one of the individuals was vacuuming with his cell phone in his other hand. When he saw us notice that he put the phone away. Overall cleaning was good - however I would make sure to be home to oversee.

Overall good. My appt was for 12pm and I called at 12:10pm wondering where they were. Julio first told me that I wasn't on the schedule then he said that they were coming and would leave in 10mins. I called again at 12:50pm to see where they were then they showed up a few mins later. He did apologize for the delay so that was appreciated. They were gone by 2:40pm and seemed very rushed and already to leave. Julio did a nice job on the stove and microwave but the fridge wasn't touched (bummer). Marcela did a nice job on the tub and shower but the floors were quickly "mopped" thus hair and dirt were in the sides and corners. I'm very detailed so overall it was good but I wasn't overly impressed. It will definitely work for my company since they won't be looking like I do. Thank you!

They were punctual and even answered phone on a Sunday to schedule service. Were able to schedule in a reasonably short time frame (3 days) for 8 hours of cleaning. The home is completely empty so I was hoping a deep clean would be easier for them. The appliances were cleaned to perfection, inside and out - which was a need I had highlighted when asking about services. A few key areas were over-looked which is my reason for giving a "C" for quality: Exterior & Interior of kitchen cabinets (which I had asked for) were not wiped down, wooden floors in dining room and living room were not mopped (there was still BBQ sauce on floor in dining room - which I had to scrub mop myself) Exterior of one of the toilets was not cleaned (visible filth that I then had to scrub myself) And a few additional areas that I would have expected to be cleaned (door nobs, noticeably dusty window sills) were not cleaned. I am fine if they were short on time - but I would have preferred they call me & let me know about areas that would not be finished- I would have happily paid them for more time to finish these final details up.

They kept in touch so I knew exactly when they'd arrive, they were fast, efficient and thorough, doing EVERYTHING, from scrubbing the tubs to wiping down all cabinets to cleaning the frig, to the floors - all you can ask of cleaners!

Awesome! They were able to squeeze me in same day which was perfect for me. Two cleaners were at my house for about 3 hours and they did a fantastic job! Will definitely be having them back on a monthly basis.
