Description of Work: Replaced all our windows. Windows are poor quality - in very cold weather, there is ice about 1/2 inch high and 1/4-1/2 inch deep on the inside of the windows. They knew this was a problem we were trying to fix, and it's worse than it was with the old windows. They are unresponsive about it, and say it means the windows are working like they should. I disagree.

Description of Work: Replaced 9 windows. Initial installation of replacement windows was done in 2 days. Renewal by Andersen installers were very professional. Had a problem with the lower level family room 3 section window as it developed a leak and Renewal wasn't very responsive in responding to our service call to repair the leaking window. It took over a month before the leaking window was repaired.

Description of Work: The installer was great, however Anderson needs to do something about the color of the inside window on a between A - F I would give it a C. I have wood trim and the color is OK but just OK. Would have been nice to have an appearance of wood. The quality is great but I have only had the windows in for less than a year.

Description of Work: Replaced nearly all windows in a 1930's house. Salesman arrived within 48 hours of my calling with an interest. Salesman was same one that helped me 10 years ago with a single window. Quality is top notch. Crew arrived at 7:30 on promised install date and finished up by 3:00 same day.
