Description of Work: Anderson Bid my condo window replacement project than backed out indicating to complex. I had to find another contractor but wasted two months. I also, had to call Anderson to find out that my project was canceled.

Description of Work: Had all our windows replaced. The crew was very prompt and professional. The cost included staining for the wood trim on the interiors and some upgraded screens that provide better views. The Andersen reputation and backing of their product is exceptional. They contacted us this spring to come out and test our windows, as windows of the type we had installed have been discovered to have issues. They checked our windows, confirmed the problem, and we are getting a whole new set of windows installed in July, free of charge.

Description of Work: The did various remodeling work for me. I was very satisfied with them. They do good work, I've never had any complaints about them. I had heard good things about their integrity which I why I chose to go with them.

Description of Work: They replaced windows and front door. We are very satisfied with our purchase and service in general.

Description of Work: They replaced 4 windows in attic bedroom/bathroom. The new windows are great and I was very impressed with the professionalism and follow-through of Renewal by Andersen. If we need to replace other windows in the house in the future, I would hire them again.

Description of Work: All windows and external doors were replaced. Love their windows/doors themselves but their service which they mostly contract out is very unorganized and at times inept. Poor communication between Renewal and those they hire to install, etc. First crew "forgot" to nail down trim. Crew three completed that. Bay window's trim was jagged and uneven, so the whole window needed to be replaced by first crew. Crew 2 noticed that front door was warped on top. Crew four was to replace that but "someone" ordered the incorrect door which wasn't noticed until they arrived at my house. So, another had to be ordered. Crew five installed that one. Door's edge was very rough to the feel which I brought to their attention. Stain Crew (contracted through Renewal) which had arrived in the early AM to stain trim around a sliding glass door which was installed incorrectly waited for 3.5 hours until door Crew came. This is another example of poor Renewal scheduling. Since the door to be installed came from factory already finished, they weren't really needed, EXCEPT that they fixed the rough edge on the door which Door Crew didn't know how to do. I was very close in sending back for yet another front door. Original Stainer needed to come back to fix thin spots earlier in 11 month window/door project. Otherwise happy with his work. None of these crews were the same workers. Installation began in April of 2015. It is now the third week of March 2016.

Description of Work: They replaced approximately 12 windows in our home. The work was done when scheduled and the product has worked very well. I thought they were expensive, but the product and work were very satisfactory.

Description of Work: Lead paint abatement, installed 32 Windows, stained them to match my woodwork. Outside temperature was below freezing. My duplex was never uncomfortably cold. Took them 2 days. Expert installers, efficient and polite. I was amazed. Quality, well manufactured, nice design, operate so easily. The installers were Andersen employees and very determined to represent the company with pride in their work. MN company, employees earn a good wage plus benefits. Now that's a great company!
