Rascher Plumbing & Heating - Radiant/Boilers

Jason from Rascher Plumbing & Heating came out to replace water shutoff valves that were installed by the builder. The builder installed valves that were substandard. He also replaced our kitchen sink faucet. Jason did a great job. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and polite. We highly recommend Rascher Plumbing & Heating and will definitely call on them again should we need plumbing, heating, or air conditioning service.

They were professional and friendly when talking through the issues and setting up the appointments. The first visit was to fix the garbage disposal and assess several other projects. The second visit was to fix a surprise toilet leak that was dripping into the basement. Both plumbers were great. Talking through the issues and getting the work done efficiently. The experience was great for both services. We plan to use them for our additional projects. They aren’t cheap, but they are up front about the costs and they do great work.

I will absolutely use Rascher Plumbing & Heating again. We had an emergency and Jason was able to arrive earlier than our scheduled time. He explained every step and cost and included me in the decision-making. He was thorough and faster than I expected. I am thrilled with the result!

I would highly recommend. The technician, Jason, arrived exactly on time and was very friendly. It was clear he was an expert on water heaters yet he did a great job of breaking it all down so I could understand. Fast work and took COVID-19 precautions.

Replaced 50 gallon natural water heater and an additional 6 feet of copper piping. Removed old water heater and cleaned up afterwards. Completed within 2 hours. From start to finish the process was painless and easy. All interactions with office personnel via email and over the phone were professional and friendly. Tim, my technician, kept me informed throughout the entire process. He also took time to discuss and advise on a couple other plumbing items within our home. Great guy, great service, great company.

Rascher Plumbing was exceptional to work with. Joe was prompt with his replies and communicated well throughout the entire process. From the moment Jason entered our home he never stopped moving and working. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions. Mark called prior to arrival. He was very friendly, informative, and well trained. He explained exactly what needed to be done to correct my problem. He also fixed my bathtub faucet. I would ask for him again if plumbing is needed.

Better than excellent, understood the problem with existing radiant heating system that was performing poorly, and the corrections required. Mark, heating specialist, always explained what he was doing, excellent problem solver, very respective of time and cost. "You get what you pay for", well I got more value than what the job cost. You will not find a better company, experienced employees, and fair pricing.

Excellent, the leak was fixed and a creative solution to my shower conversion was implemented and it works great. Josh was great.

Jason was on time, completed the work in a professional manner, and also tightened a faucet handle in an upstairs bathroom.

Rasher Plumbing responded right away and gave me a break down of the charges so I knew up front a ballpark of the cost. Jason was the guy who did the work and he did a great job. Letting me know everything that he needed to do. Super friendly and professional. He got the issue fixed and did a great job cleaning up. Jason (my plumber) was very courteous and knowledgeable. He determined the problem and corrected it quickly, and also pointed out and fixed a potential problem I would be having. I will be using them for my plumbing needs in the future.

Efficient, prompt- wonderful experience!

I called Rauscher and scheduled an appointment. They called me back after I had scheduled them for next week and were able to come the same day. Jason and Kip arrived and fixed all the issues and replaced the faucet. They explained what they did and it took about an hour for all 3 items. I purchased the new faucet which they installed. I have used Rauscher before and will continue to use them for all my plumbing issues. They are a local, family owner business and do excellent work. Jason and Kip were polite, professional and did a great job!!

Jason did a great job and allowed me to observe, so I picked up a trick or two and together we made the decision just to how to position the new water heater since space was tight.

Jason was very professional. Had to work in tight quarters. Left everything neat and clean. I was surprised at the cost but didn’t know what to expect. He spent almost 2 hours.

I have been using Rascher Plumbing for a few years now . I have many single family rental units and after a few city inspection with plumbing issues - he had helped me fix my plumbing issues . However , today I asked him to help me with some plumbing issues . His response was that he did not have time and had lots of commercial work for the next 3 weeks . In other words - he did not want to bother with my plumbing issue cause I was not large enough . What’s happened to the nice plumbers who appreciated all jobs - big or small! I guess owning 12 rentals was not very profitable for him to bother with my plumbing issues . This is very discouraging and not the world I grew up in ! Bev

I could not be happier. Jason did a great, thorough job. I purchased the replacement toilet through Rascher and that was the way to go. I would definitely use them again and/or recommend to friends and neighbors.
