Jason came on the same day called and fixed the leaks. He was friendly. Went pretty well. It took two half days, which seemed a bit long to me, as I was paying by the hour. Cost seemed pretty high to me. I did not get other bids because I needed the leaks fixed. I know plumbers are expensive, but this seemed high. In the future I might do some comparison shopping. Now that the leaks are fixed, I am still responsible for closing up a hole he had to open in the wall to get at one of the pipes.

Chris was very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions and was easy to talk to. His suggestions were greatly appreciated and his identification of safety issues was most welcome. He worked quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. Would recommend for future jobs! Thanks Chris!

When I discovered the leak, I thought it was the result of the city workers changing my meter earlier while repaving the streets and putting in a new water main in front of my house. So I called and asked for them to look at my leaking water turnoff. One of the city workers tinkered with it and told me that he replaced the packing, and if it still leaked, I would need to replace the entire valve arrangement. (very expensive!) Well, it still leaked, so I called Rascher Plumbing and Chris came out. Before his arrival, the company asked me to send them some photos so they could assess the situation before arriving at my house, which I thought was very professional. Chris has been to my house for repairs before, and he has always been kind, resourceful and efficient. He looked at the water turnoff and determined that in spite of what I was told, the packing had not been replaced, and that was all that needed to be done. What a relief! The plumbing/valves are the originals to my 1957 house and very corroded, and it was in an area that wasn't very accessible, but Chris managed to fix it. He also brought some handles to replace the missing ones, and he reassured me that if in the future I needed to replace the valve it could be done in a way that would not be too obtrusive. I appreciated his optimism and cheerfulness, not to mention that fact that a dishonest plumber could have gone ahead and replaced the entire unit and I would have been none the wiser! Another excellent service call from Chris - I highly recommend Rascher Plumbing!

Originally the service was to be performed on 11/12/15 because there were no appointments available but they were able to fit me in earlier which was greatly appreciated. The service person called when he was on his way, was on time, and was very professional. He explained what needed to be repaired and got my ok before starting the repairs. The area was cleaned up when the repairs were completed. I thought the price was very reasonable. I will call Rascher Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

He called and offered to come a day early because there was a cancellation. Called when he was on his way, and arrived on time. Was very friendly and went through what he was going to be doing. We wanted to keep our old shower head, but it was leaking and he took the time to fix that too. Even came it under the phone quote. We are thrilled with the service, and will definitaly call Rasher next time we need a plumber!

Our second experience with Jason went as well as the first, and I now feel confident we have a plumber we can call on for any future plumbing needs. Jason called ahead, arrived punctually, and was very easy to work with. He listened to my special request (involving placing the new water heater in a slightly different place than the old one) and was able to accomplish it at a reasonable cost. He located the gas intake for our unit (it wasn't labeled before) and labeled it for us. He had the paperwork ready for applying for the Xcel rebate. He and his helper Kip were polite, pleasant, and professional throughout. The total cost was very reasonable for this level of service.

Chris was very knowledgeable about the situation, having worked with these "vintage" parts previously, and successfully fixed the problem. He was courteous, resourceful, explained what he was doing and speedy. I would highly recommend Chris and Rascher Plumbing!

Jason did a very neat and excellent job. The sump works well and drains as it is suppose to. I have used Rascher a number of times in the past and have always had professional and courteous service from them. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Very responsive - fit me in the next day. Discovered issue why pipe was leaking - was able to complete job in one day. Dennis came prepared, explained what he was going to do, showed me the issue prior to just fixing it, friendly, clean. Even though the bill was more expensive than what I expected (plumbing isn't cheap) I would totally recommend or use the company again. Dennis was also able to fix the bathroom facet drip as well in the same trip.

We had a problem with a lower level toilet and called Rascher for service. Were able to get an appointment very promptly. Mike was the plumber who did the work. He is a very nice young man and a fine plumber. As he did the work, he explained what he was doing and why. The work was completed in short time and we again had a working toilet. I intend to use Rascher for any other plumbing problems we may have and would love to Mike do the work again.

Service was OUTSTANDING. Helped pick out fixtures, ordered all parts, installed in very timely fashion, job was done perfectly. Billing is reasonable for the job done. Will continue to use Rascher Plumbing for all future plumbing needs. A truly top flight family business that puts the customer first.

Kevin unclogged the sink, fixed the leak in the back and mounted it to our wall for stability.

I would use them again in the future.

I had purchased my own water heater and had it at my house (to save money). I called and they estimated they could install it for around $200. $500 dollars later it was installed. Claimed the gas plumbing needed to be replaced (and there is a significant markup on those parts when I looked it up). They then billed me for 2 hours of labor even though the guy sat in his truck for the last half hour "doing paperwork". I called to complain and they offered me $40 back. Not impressed. I wouldn't use them again.

The plumber was punctual and did a great job of replacing the shower head and sink fawcet. He then spent a lot of time trying to locate the leak in the tub pipes. I explained that it only leaks when the bathub empties and had a bucket under the drip site (this leak has been happening for a while) The plumber claimed it was not leaking now and said water was probably leaking through the floor and around the tub during showering and said I should reseal the floor tile groat, caulk around the tub at the floor and get a splash guard for the side of the tub. I did not want to pay for more of his time so the leak was left unrepaired. When I emptied my bath that night the leak was very apparent. I called the company and they sent the same plumber out again and this time he fixed the leak. He asked for rags and cleaning supplies, a small thing, but it made him seem a little unprepaired. I was given a discount on the labor and was not charged another service fee. The end result is good and Mr Rascher was very responsive to my problem and polite. I would use this company again but I probably would not want this partiular plumber.

Jobs were completed very well. Actual cost was much higher than quoted. Over all I would use them again but maybe ask for a written estimate instead of a qoute (ballpark) over the phone.

It turned out very well. I had no problems. They come when they were supposed to. I would recommend them.

Overall, the work was done well; I had no problems with it. However, on the second time, the bill was different than what they stated up front by $200.

Even though we live blocks away from them, the person on call came from Wisconsin and the price doubled. It was very expensive.

We were experiencing a sewage smell in our lobby, and we had them come out to evaluate and help fix the issue. They found numerous drains and vents that needed capping; also found an older angled drain that was deteriorating and leaking, which would be a more expensive job to fix. They fixed the simple ones, but the smell still persists. So we're pretty sure the cause is the deteriorating pipe. We'll likely bring them back for the bigger project.

After talking to two other plumbers who didn't know how to fix it, Dennis at Rascher Plumbing was able to re-balance our hot water radiator system to get heat to two bedrooms that previously received no heat! He was clean, polite, and thorough. I only have the ding them on the price, why are all plumbers so expensive?
