They were great! Cleaned our house top to bottom before movers brought our furniture in. They were friendly and efficient.

MB Cleaning Service was very responsive to my specific pre-Christmas house cleaning needs. A team of 4 cleaned our 3,200 square foot home in 2 hours (8 hrs total). They were friendly, thorough and aimed to please. We appreciated their use of "green" products. I would definitely use this service again.

I've found myself needing help cleaning my house lately so I contacted a few different companies in my area that provide cleaning services. Mary Beth was the first one to offer to come over at my earliest convenience to assess my home and what it might need. Some of the other companies wanted me to measure my house and give them the dimensions so they could give me a quote online or over the phone....that made no sense to me. How can you determine how dirty, cluttered a house may or may not be without seeing it?! My "dirty" and someone else's "dirty" might be very different things. I know, I've watched "Hoarders"! I really didn't trust that someone could give me a real quote for something so subjective so I breathed a sigh of relief when Mary Beth took charge and came over. That was exactly what I needed. Someone who is strong, confident and skilled at what she does. When MB arrived she walked through and quickly assessed what it would take to do a thorough first cleaning of my house and what it would cost. When I mentioned to her that I still was looking at other cleaning companies she smiled and said confidently "you will want us to clean your house!" There was no guile, no bs...nothing but kindness and a great sense of humor. Within days Mary Beth and her team came through my house and made it all shiny and new! I loved it so much that when they came back for the next cleaning (which took much less time and money :)) I wanted to meet the whole team so I stuck around for that. Mary Beth has a great team working for her. They all were happy and eager to get to work, laughing and smiling as they got to it. They all fell into place, each heading in a different direction as I asked MB if she could help me pull my curtains down so I could throw them in the washing machine. She took the lead and we got them down in no time flat. She then asked if I wanted them to take them out of the washer and into the dryer before they left, as she knew I was on my way to an appt. So thoughtful! I am just so pleased with what an energetic, accommodating, thorough, kind and thoughtful woman MB and her entire team is. They work so efficiently and thoroughly, it was a marvel to watch them! I really can't say enough about how wonderful they are and how much I love having this company cleaning my house regularly for me.They have been here twice now and I look forward to them coming back again. I love how clean my house is and each time they have been here I have found some little extra, wonderful thing they did and was thrilled. I've uttered more than once "I love these guys!" as I walk around my blissfully clean house!!

They did good work and cleaned all the areas requested with the focus on kitchen, bathrooms and floors.

I use this service from time to time and am always happy with their work. They don't require a steady appointment (e.g. every two weeks, every month) and come when I call them. Usually 3 or 4 women arrive and clean my entire (large) house in 2 hours. I pay by the hour. Some details get missed, and I can't always rely on their stated arrival time, but I am mostly very pleased.

They are good and do a very nice job, and I am very satisfied with them. Three, four or five people come and clean, so it does not take very long, which is really nice. They are very quiet and work hard, and everything is very nice when they leave. I have had only one other person in the past to do the work. The girls from MB Cleaning Service are a little bit more in terms of the price but do better work, so I don’t mind paying them; I pay for the quality as well. I would use them again in the future.

When I do need a cleaning service I use them. They were very good. They were receptive to a particular request. Generally the cleaning service will come and clean everything. They responded to some areas that needed additional cleaning. They did windows also. Generally the cleaning companies don?t clean the areas of the basement, but they did that. They were good. Two people came for three hours to work. I would use them in the future.

Love it. They arrive on time every time, they do a great job. Its always a pleasure to come home to a house that looks and smells clean after they finish. Really appreciate their honesty as they reduced the rate from original estimate when clearning was quicker then they anticipated. They catch lots of details like cleaning the coffee pot that are nice touches. Also appreciate they bring a team and get done relatively quickly vs. 1 person in the house for hours.

I had contacted two cleaning services by email, but neither had responded. My friend Harry (From another company) recommended MB Cleaning, so I called Mary Beth, reviewed the scope of work with her, scheduled the cleaning, and she arrived with two helpers and was in and out in under two hours. That was perfect for me.

They do biweekly cleaning services for me. The people that work there do a great job. MB does not give you specific times they will come and service your home. They just go by days. I know they will come on Wednesday morning, but not the exact time. But I do recommend and trust them. They charge $30.00 per hour per person. They supply you with 2-4 people depending on their schedule. The owner does provide organization services, too.

I purchased 4 hours of cleaning through a charity auction. They usually don't clean in the western suburbs but since it was for charity they made an exception. I was very pleased with the job they did. I would hire them again if they worked on this side of town.

THE TEAM CLEANED MY HOUSE PRETTY WELL, BUT I WAS DISAPPOINTED BY THE PERFORMANCE OF MB'S CLEANING SERVICE IN THREE WAYS. FIRST, THEY TOOK FOOD AND BEVERAGES FROM MY HOME WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. SECOND, THEY SCRATCHED THE WOOD FLOOR BY DRAGGING FURNITURE. THIRD, THE JOB WAS NOT REASONABLY PRICED. I WAS CHARGED $30 PER HOUR FOR 9 HOURS OF WORK. THIS IS A SPARSELY FURNISHED HOME THAT WE CLEAN REGULARLY. CONSIDERING THE NATURE OF THE WORK PERFORMED, THE AMOUNT CHARGED WAS NOT REASONABLE.

THEY DID A FINE JOB AND GOT THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING.
