She did a very nice job. Our original appointment was for Saturday, but we switched to Sunday due to a snow storm. To get it as clean as we requested, cleaning our home took longer than we expected, a total of six hours. Katherine worked very hard throughout. She spotted the things that needed attention.

I chose not to hire her. It was a little bit more than I was expecting to pay. I didn't feel like we clicked when I talked to her on the phone. I think she could have been more professional on the phone. It was a little odd and it was too relaxing. It didn't feel right but that was okay because you can't make everybody happy. It wasn't positive and it wasn't negative.

She was very thorough on her own and even asked us to inspect the work when she was done. Kathy was really flexible to accomodate our work hours beyond her normal work day. We've never used anyone to help us but did so to speed up our move in. We were very pleased with her and will use her again. We recommend her highly. We did some basic phone inquiries to get estimates and felt she was the best price short of having people visit to quote on sight. She was also very specific about making and keeping her time commitment and great on the follow up to our calls, which made her stand out.

I called and got an estimate from them. She doesn't charge travel time and charges by the hour. She was very nice. She very informative and quick to return my phone calls. I am looking forward to my service.

Katerine is very conscientious, thorough in her job and also helps with shopping and organizing. She has even assisted with interior decorating consultations as well.She's very punctual and responsible. She's a very good listener and very cooperative. She treats my home as if it were her own.

I CALLED KATHY ABOUT A WEEK BEFORE I NEEDED SOMEONE TO HELP ME CLEAN MY ENTIRE HOUSE FOR A SURPRISE VISIT FOR MY HUSBAND'S BIRTHDAY! ALTHOUGH IT WAS VERY LAST-MINUTE, KATHY REARRANGED HER SCHEDULE SO THAT SHE COULD SPEND A FEW HOURS HELPING ME GET THE HOUSE CLEANED! I THOUGHT KATHY WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. I AM CONSIDERING ASKING HER TO COME BACK TO CLEAN OUR HOUSE EVERY TWO WEEKS.

SHE IS METICULOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. USES ONLY BIO-FRIENDLY PRODUCTS. MOST RECENTLY I HAVE BROKEN BOTH ARMS, AND KATHY OFFERED TO DO LAUNDRY, CHANGE LINENS, OR ANYTHING ELSE I NEEDED HER TO DO. CHARGE IS $30/HOUR.
