He came out immediately and was not able to do the work because of the holiday weekend. He is a very nice gentleman.

The price was between $800 and $900. We were very satisfied with what they did. They were very professional. There was one guy who came out and he was fast. It was very well done. He was nice in explaining how to open the door. We didn?t have an electric garage door opener put on, but we had a handle. So, he wanted to make sure that I knew how to use it and I closed it the right way. I really don?t know about the price because we didn?t compare. We had used their services 30 years ago and so, we asked them again. I would use their services in the future too.

Great! He was professional, prompt, and very nice. He fixed our old garage door opener (in the second stall) for free. We'll definitely use him again.

They were very quick to respond and started explaining what was going on. They seemed to be honest. We found them to be fair. We have used them more than once.

Everything went great. The cost for a service call and the repairs were less than I had been expecting and everything was fixed when I came home from work.

It went well. I'm going to call and ask him if he can go over and visit my dad to get his garage door opener working.

My garage door broke in and needed to be totally replaced. Mark was polite, on time, flexible and reasonably priced comapared to other estimates I had. My new garage door looks fantastic and works well so I can park in the garage again.

Mark actually showed up early for the appointment. He is very professional and personable. He spent about 15 minutes determining the problem with my door and then correcting it. He said there was "no charge" for his service because he was in the neighborhood anyway. This is certainly something that I did not expect. I would definitely continue to use Hamline Garage Door for any future work that I might have with my garage doors.

The door wouldn't respond to the electrical impulse. It was caused by snow blocking the safety sensors. He cleaned the sensors and lubricated the parts. He also gave me a lot of information about the door system.

The repairman (I've forgotten his name) came over the same day we called him. He was prompt and efficient, and let me observe all his work. When he'd diagnosed the problem--typical for a garage door 10 years old--he said it would cost $129 for a new cog assembly. I agreed, and he quickly had it changed. He went on to grease our track wheels, adjust the closure arm, and oil up a bolt to stop it from squeaking. I was imagining that the price was mounting up as he provided these additional services, but when he came back inside with the bill, it was $129 even. Great service!

Second time we have used Hamline Garage Door. He is always prompt, honest, and fair. He reset the opener but advised us that it may not be worth too many more service calls as it is past its life expectancy. This we know is true, but were very pleased that he helped us out. Can't remember the fee but do know that it was very fair for the time spent.

Called in the morning. Repair completed that morning. I did not have to be present. Simply left garage door side door unlocked for the repairman. They sent me the bill. I was very pleased by their prompt service.

Excellent experience. Called Monday morning 8AM and he showed up at around 8:45AM and completed everything before 10AM. Mark has being doing this for more than 30 years and really knows what he is doing. Pleasant to work with and curteious, clean up everything afterwards. I will use him next time (however the spring may last way beyond his retirement...)

Mark showed up when he said he would, worked intelligently, neatly and hard for 3+ hours to remove our old double door and its opener and replace it with an uninsulated steel door. He then patiently took the time to make sure that I understood how to open and close the new door (we didn't have a new electric garage opener installed) safely, and then hauled the old stuff away.

The person was very timely and reasonably priced. He came as quickly as he could and did a very good job. I even recommended him to my brother.

Spring and pulley on one side of the garage door came off on Sunday, August 1. Monday morning (August 2) I called Hamline Garage Door. A service person came out within 1 hour and fixed the problem. This is the second time I have used this company. They are responsive and charge what I consider a reasonable fee.

I have a two car garage with 2 single doors, one of which would not go up. I unhooked the garage door opener, but it still took two people to open the door. I was not sure if I just needed to have the spring replaced or if it might be worthwhile to replace the entire door. I called Hamline Door to get an estimate - Mark said he was in the area and would stop by, which he did in ten minutes. He told me that both doors were in great shape, only the spring on the one needed to be replaced. He did it on the spot. He even reconnected the garage door opener that I had taken off, and also inspected the other door and tightened all the nuts. Highly recommended.

Mark is phenomenal. He is there when he says he will be. If he doesn't answer leave a message, always prompt with the return call. He was at my neighbor's a couple of months ago to fix their opener, stopped by to say hi and double checked and lubed our track no charge. I recommend him 100%. The doors had to be ordered, took about a week.
