Description of Work: Didn't listen to what I wanted and did it his way. Helpers were inexperienced kids whom he did not supervise and they did not do a good job.

 + -1 moreWORKMANSHIP WAS VERY GOOD AND COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENT WAS TIMELY AND POLITE. CHRIS HAS A FLAIR FOR THE ARTISTIC, WHICH WAS MUCH APPRECIATED. KNOWLEDGE OF WORK AND CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUES WAS ALSO GOOD. PRICE WAS A BIT HIGH BUT STILL REASONABLE. WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: CONSTRUCTION OF 2-FT HIGH BY 70-FT LONG MODULAR BLOCK RETAINING WALL, WITH 12 STONE STEPS DOWN TOWARDS WATER AND CONSTRUCTION OF PAVER PATIO ABOVE WALL.

 + -1 moreHE FINALLY CALLED TO SAY HIS WORK SCHEDULE WAS SO BACKED UP THAT ANY WORK WE NEEDED DONE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL LATE FALL OR MOST LIKELY, SPRING. WE COULDN'T WAIT THAT LONG SO DECIDED GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. ALTHOUGH THE CONTRACTOR WAS VERY APOLOGETIC ABOUT HAVING TO RESCHEDULE HIS APPOINTMENTS. WE DIDN'T GET THE IMPRESSION OUR POTENTIAL JOB WAS A HIGH PRIORITY.
Description of Work: MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO COME OUT AND GIVE AN INITIAL ESTIMATE FOR SOME RETAINING WALL WORK WE NEEDED DONE. HAD TO CANCEL EACH APPOINTMENT.

 + -1 moreTHESE GUYS WERE ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. I HAVE RARELY SEEN THIS KIND OF WORK ETHIC, AND THEIR 'EYE' FOR DESIGN IS GREAT. I WISH I COULD HAVE THEM ON STAFF PERMANENTLY.
