Lane and his entire crew were very friendly and professional. They finished when they said that it would be done and they cleaned up any mess that was made. My husband and myself are very happy with the end result.

First of all everything was on time which is a big deal these days. When I called I was treated like a 5 star customer. I was a little embarrassed of the condition of my house. When I first got my estimate I felt at-ease. I was asked what I would like done. I was told how long it would take. I also was offered suggestions on how to save some money and do a quality job, with out cutting corners. One would think most company's do all this but I hired a crew to do my retired neighbors house and it went nothing like this. I should have known from start. This crew was Well mannered. Did quality work and left the place clean. Replaced old wood, filled cracks. And even pressure washed my grill area for no charge. The job was done on time. They even took their own trash with them. The house Looks new !!! Thanks...

Lane and his crew were top notch. The job was completed when promised and I could not be happier with the finished product. We had Eclipse paint the exterior lap siding of our house, stain our deck, and paint our front door. These guys were very detail oriented. There was no mess anywhere and the paint lines were flawless. They took extra care to avoid trampling my wifes plants which was a job in itself. We look forward to working with Eclipse Painting again.

I called Eclipse for an estimate and two days later i had a detailed written proposal. I received two other proposals and one was more and one was less. I decided to go with Eclipse since they suggested using a higher end material which ended up looking better than when my house was new. The staff was very friendly, efficient, and it was obvious they took pride in doing a good job. Each day when i came home from work, they were still there and the lead foreman would always come over to greet me and was excited to walk me around the house to point out the work that was performed. They finished the job on time and the end result was perfect. In fact, after my neighbors saw how nice it was one of them hired Eclipse as well. We are considering painting the lower half of our chimney to match the new brick above the roof line and wanted an estimate. Eclipse was painting the exterior of a neighbor's house, so I asked for an estimate. Got a call back within 12 hr and an estimate tucked in my door 6 hr after that. Conversation and bid process were professional. Bid was more expensive than what I'm willing to pay someone for the job. I might consider them for larger future projects once if I get a favorable review from my neighbor.

I hired Eclipse Painting after interviewing 3 vendors for the painting of my home. I met with Lane and we discussed the job and he impressed me with his attention to detail especially on the preparation of the home prior to painting beginning. He also worked with us to do a few color samples to get one we would like. The issue I have with Eclipse painting is that all the talk of prep and process seem to be just that. His crew arrived at my home at noon on the first day of the job and started with an hour lunch break. They then began working and within four hours had painted ? of my home which consisted of 3 stories, a porch and a triple garage. The prep work consisted of covering the windows with plastic so they were protected from the spray. They were also to back brush the paint into the surface but very little of that happened. I witnessed this as I mowed my lawn. I called Lane and he came out and talked to his crew but by then they only had the front of the house to complete. The front went better and more scrapping and sanding occurred. When the job was completed Lane was supposed to perform a walkthrough. He let his site foreman do this. Unfortunately for this individual, English was a 2nd language and even though I walked him around the site and pointed to specific areas not all were fixed. I figured that this was the best we were going to get so I paid the remainder of the bill but I asked for a refund specifically in a letter that I sent Lane. Lane didn?t bother to contact me with any discussion about my request for a refund or making any attempt to discuss with me my dissatisfaction. I want people to know the type of work and customer service this firm performs.

They were professional, responsive and punctual. Their pricing was fair as well. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

They were just excellent and it was high quality and on time. Once they were done the cleaned the complete area.

THE FIRST 3 QUOTES I RECEIVED (FROM ANGIE'S LIST ''A'' MEMBERS) DIDN'T CONVINCE ME THEY KNEW HOW TO PREVENT PROBLEMS THAT CAN OCCUR IF YOU FAIL TO PREP ALUMINUM SIDING CORRECTLY. ANOTHER QUOTE WAS AROUND $5000 JUST FOR ONE COAT ON THE SIDING - NOTHING ELSE! WHEN I TALKED WITH LANE I WAS SO IMPRESSED BY HIS RESPONSE TO MY QUESTIONS, AND I APPRECIATED HOW HE EXPLAINED THINGS WITHOUT ''TALKING DOWN'' TO ME. I FELT THAT HE WAS A TRUSTWORTHY PROFESSIONAL THAT KNEW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN PICKING OUT THE RIGHT COLOR, ALWAYS RETURNED MY CALL PROMPTLY, WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY CONCERNS, PUNCTUAL, AND RESPECTFUL. ALTHOUGH QUALITY-WISE I WOULD RATE THE WINDOW RE-GLAZING ABOUT AVERAGE (C), THE SIDING AND EVERYTHING ELSE WAS EXCELLENT SO I'M GIVING AN A. IT LOOKS GREAT! HE EVEN DID AN EXTRA COAT FOR NO CHARGE, AND MY SIDE DOOR NO CHARGE (TO MATCH MY FRONT DOOR). I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE AGAIN.

I HIRED ECLIPSE PAINTING AND WAS EXPECTING A PAINTER WHO KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND DID NOT HAVE TO RETURN THREE OR FOUR TIMES TO GET IT RIGHT.

THEIR NAME SAYS IT ALL. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB PAINTING OUR HOUSE. THEIR PAINTERS WERE QUIET, COURTEOUS, CLEAN AND DEMONSTRATED GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL. EXTREMELY SATISFIED W/THEIR WORK.
