Great work! The crew was professional, detailed and left the windows sparkling.

.. They were on time, were courteous and professional and gave me a lot of information about my windows and how to prevent hard water stains. Three people were there, so the job took only about an hour.

I would highly recommend this company for window cleaning. We have a ton of windows on our home and they completed them nicely and within the timeframe quoted. They arrived exactly on time (a huge plus) and made sure to let us know of any issues they encountered along the way (i.e. screens stuck, window latch already broken, etc). They were friendly and very easy to work with, not to mention the price was very reasonable. The only thing I would suggest as an improvement is being sure to wipe any drips from the sills/floors as they go. There weren't many but I did find some dried dirty water spots on sills/floor afterward and it would have been easy for them to look and wipe as they went versus me doing it afterward. However, a minor issue compared to how great the windows look. The only hard part now is keeping my two little boys from touching the glass! :) I'd recommend Squeegee Magic to anyone.

Highly satisfied, the windows sparkle and the sills are cleaner than they have been in years! They also cleaned the screens and put them in storage for us as I take them down for the winter for additional light. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering hiring someone for this service. :-)

Overall, Squeegee Magic was great. The crew arrived right on time, introduced themselves, and got to work immediately. As they worked, they pointed out issues that they couldn't fix without risk of damaging the windows, as well as other problems that they saw with the windows while they worked. The end result is that the windows have never been this clean. It's really amazing how nice they look, especially compared to what used to pass for clean windows in our house. The only (minor) problem I had is that the crew left dead bugs and debris on the carpet and furniture near the windows throughout the house. I had expected them to vacuum up anything that fell from the window sills, but they did not do so.

This is the first time I have used Squeegee Magic - but definitely not the last! Three young men arrived promptly and were very professional and courteous. One walked me through the inside and outside of the house to describe what would be done - and within a few minutes, all 3 were working away. I have 17 windows, many with wood accents that have to be removed and replaced, and they took great care when handling them. They not only cleaned the windows expertly, they cleaned the screens, and did a gutter check for me, cleaning out the downspouts. I actually asked them to clean the gutters, but they said they didn't need it, just the downspouts. Talk about honesty! They also said that if I had any problems at all, to call and they would come back and re-do whatever I needed at no cost. I would highly recommend them - and won't hesitate to use them again!

If you like extremely good service at a very good price, don't make another call. One of the best customer service experiences ever.

It went very well. They did an excellent job. They called me to let me know when they would be arriving. They were very polite and thorough. They cleaned the windows and the screens. They asked me if I wanted the window treatments left down or put back up. They were very clean and polite. I called them on a Thursday and they were able to come on a Saturday. They were very nice to have around; they were clean cut. He sent me a letter thanking me for my business, asking for any comments, and asking if I noticed any streaks needing him to come back. I didn't need to ask him to come back, because they had done a very, very good job the first time. We have five windows in our house that are really big and really high. He did just a great job on those windows. Two men came to do the work; one worked inside and one worked outside.
