The owner, Ryan, takes all of the calls. The way that they clean and the products that they use keep your windows clean for two years. They clean both sides and the screens. You can not even tell they have been in the house. They do work year round. They also clean chandeliers and glass table tops if you ask. They offer a 10% discount to repeat customers. They bring two to four people in and one person works on each floor and another cleans the surfaces. They were in and out in about two hours.

We received a flyer about a special if we had the windows cleaned before the snow melted. The weather was getting very hot and I knew it would be melted before they could get me on the schedule but Ryan extended the deal anyway. The windows looked absolutely great and everyone was very nice and prefessional. I have a basement window with a lot of hard water stains but they even made that look new.

The crew of 3 arrived on time and began cleaning immediately. After cleaning the exterior side of the windows and screens, they began cleaning the interior side of the windows. Once they completed the cleaning, they did an inspection of their work and cleaned up a few minor spots. They completed the job in 1 hour 15 minutes for a 2-story home with a lookout basement.

I received a very prompt (same day) response to my request for an estimate. The team had an open block for the following day. The two cleaners did an excellent job. The owner called the next day to see if I was happy! Their work is guaranteed, even in rain, and I believe they gave me an Angie's List discount too! Very satisfied.

The 2 person team arrived promptly. They quickly went to work starting with the outsides of the windows. They used a 2 step method to wash the outsides. After soaping the glass, they used a blade to scrape the glass. Next they applied more soapy water and squeegeed the glass again. The result was amazing! After finishing the outside glass, they started on the inside. By the way, they removed their shoes while working inside. The interior glass received the soaping and squeegee treatment. They cleaned all my interior screens. Our porch has exterior screens which were also thoroughly cleaned. The young men were very careful and polite. Their ladders and other equiment were first class. They worked 2.5 hours. The estimate matched what I was charged. I will definitely use Squeegee Magic again.

After cleaning the outsides of the windows, I realzed how dirty the insides were. They did a great job of cleaning the windows...outside and inside. I did 'ding' them on the screens as I was expecting a more thorough job of the cleaning the actual screen. Overall, they did a very good job and I will be hiring them again next year!

Excellent. Very few vendors take their time like Ryan does, anymore. He is careful and came back when it rained! Would use them again and again.

I requested a call back on a Sunday evening and first thing Monday morning Ryan called. He scheduled us at our earliest convenience and stopped by the same day to let us know how much it would be to do the job. Ryan gave us a 2 hour window for when they would show up to do the work and they showed up right on time. The work was done very quickly and the windows look amazing. Ryan even called 2 days later to follow up and make sure we were completely satisfied. I can tell you, I will be referring these guys to anyone and everyone I know that needs windows washed. We had always done all our own windows washing so I'm still not sure why I decided to pick up the phone and call Ryan after finding a flyer in our mailbox. That is just not like me, but I'm so glad I did! We have now used Squeegee Magic three times and will never wash windows again. Ryan is delightful to work with...very prompt and professional and willing to go way out of his way to accommodate his clients. I decided on the spur of the moment these if Ryan could possible squeeze in cleaning the chandelier in our daughter and son-in-law's two story foyer to surprise them when they returned from vacation. Despite having a busy schedule, he made time to do the job himself. What a great guy! Our daughter was thrilled and has since used Squeegee Magic to clean her windows. We are two very satisfied customers who would not hesitate to recommend his work.
