It took me a while to figure out who this person even was... He is not a customer of mine. This is a man who is very mad that he got money taken from his deposit from the owner of the condo that we cleaned and now he is trying to hurt my company for it. We clean condos/houses for a rental management company. This man rented this condo for 5 months and probably didn't clean it once while he lived there. There was food stuck on every chair, all furniture, and kitchen cupboards/counter tops. Food all over walls. Mirrors had some sort of liquid all over them that had ran down them and dried. The comforter was green, but black around all edges. We had to scrub all of the floors from stuck on food, appliances were horrible. This was a furnished unit and we had to take all dishes out of the cupboards to clean them because they were all put away dirty. There was trash left behind in the closet that we had to take out also. My employees actually made the comment " I am surprised that they had children living here" The thing is, is that some people don't realize how dirty they live, and feel like their place is way more clean than what it really is. (other cleaning services can agree, I am sure) I have cleaned this condo 5 times from people moving out, and my bill was $100 more after [member name removed] and his family moved out, because we charge by the hour, and it took us that long to clean it. He wouldn't have seen the apartment after it was cleaned because he is just the renter, not owner or management company, and we cleaned it after he moved out. The manager/owner of the rental management company was happy with the cleaning job that we did, and I would have her as a great reference, along with many other references that would tell you a completely different story about my company than this renter that is mad about not getting his deposit back because I had to get it rent ready for the next person to move in, and it was a very dirty place.Angi Certified
