I like to think that I don't give 5/5/5 reviews all the time, and I don't. I had almost soured on bringing landscape contractors out to save myself time but these guys restored my faith. I got a really fair bid on the job, they showed up (a day early) and rocked my yard. I would totally hire them again and definitely recommend them.

Easy to deal with. On time and on budget.

Jeff called me right away, came out and did an estimate two days later and did the lights the next day. He did quality work in a very short period of time for a reasonable price. It was great to drive in my driveway last night after work and see the lights looking so nice.

Jeff did an outstanding job. He did exactly what he said he would do. The price was reasonable. He did it the next day. I will hire him next spring to do 2 or 3 things that he suggested. He is my tree and shrub man

The Metro Pro team communicated exactly when they would show up and they did! Everything listed on the bid was completed immediately (No 2-3 days of waiting for certain guys or equipment) and they even went out of their way to address a few items outside project scope. I would definitely recommend using Metro Pro to anyone looking to have any work done in the yard.

Jeff responded to my request within a couple of hours, came the next evening to spec the project and sent me a quote the next morning. I have never had a contractor so responsive before, as well as courteous and professional. He started the project 3 days later and finished very quickly. My retaining wall is beautiful! Jeff continuosly asked about my satisfaction with the project. My happiness was very important to him. The workers were very professional as well.

Jeff was the first contractor to contact me when I requested a quoted from the website. He was the first contractor to provide a detailed written estimate after walking the property to make sure he understood the scope of work. We reviewed the project before he started, and he completed the project on time and with excellent detail. His crew were polite and were helpul when I asked that Jeff be contacted regarding some additional work that I wanted completed. He was extremely professional, had some excellent ideas, and cleaned up after the project was completed. Excellent project!

Jeff returned my request for a quote on Service Magic within an hour. He came out the same day to review my service request and had an estimate to me that day. He provided a quick turnaround to my request and they did a very nice job. I would recommend them to others. Thanks!
