I specifically told the cleanup company I wanted them to wait until all of the leaves had fallen. But they insisted on doing when they wanted to. Now I have a yard full of leaves again, but I've already paid.

Jeff was courteous. He was knowledgeable. He made a firm committment about a timeliine for the project--and kept it.He set a fair price. I was very pleased with the outcome.

They did a good job. Finished project in 2 days.

Project started out a little shaky as far as times to start the project. Jeff was able to make it the first day at the stated time and start the project. The project took 6 days longer than estimated, but that was understandable. My main issue is that he thought he was done and I had to point out what was not done as of yet, and it required 2 more trips to finish. As of now, he is done, and the work is still not done. I paid to have 4 windows wrapped and finished, and I have only 2 that are complete. I have had to hire another person to come in and finish the job. I was given a fair estimate at the start, but went up considerably in the end.
