MERRY MAIDS

They are fantastic.  We love them and my mother was very pleased.  They have a reputation to uphold and they stand behind it firmly.  The only thing that I didn't like was that it was a little pricey.

I tried this company for 4 months early 2007. The woman who came to my home to do the estimate was very nice. This company requires a deep clean at more than double the cost of the "regular" cleaning before it will do the regular cleanings. Over the 4 months of service, I had 11 different cleaners in my home, with no warning that a new team would be coming that week. No consistency in cleaners or crews. One woman smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which doesn't give that clean feeling. There were consistently things missed, once standing water was left on the hardwood floors, and management did not return phone calls. When I finally did get someone on the phone, he was rude and unprofessional. Finally, I went through an entire vacuum bag after I fired this company just to get my carpets clean.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR THE PAST YEAR. THE PRICES WERE HIGH FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK DONE. EACH WEEK THERE WOULD BE THINGS MISSED...IE: FLOORS NOT WASHED, SINKS NOT SCRUBBED OUT,CABINETS NOT WIPED DOWN ETC. THEY ALSO ROUTINELY LEFT THE DOORS UNLOCKED WHEN THEY LEFT, INCLUDING WHEN WE WERE ON VACATION.STAFF TURNOVER IS VERY HIGH. IN THE PAST MONTH, THEY HAVE BEEN COMING AT RANDOM TIMES INSTEAD OF THE SCHEDULED TIME. THE FINAL STRAW WAS THIS PAST WEEK WHEN THEY CALLED TO TELL ME THAT THEY COULDN''T COME AT ALL BECAUSE THE HOUSE THEY WERE CURRENTLY SERVICING WANTED MORE WORK DONE THAN NORMAL, SO THEY DIDN''T HAVE TIME TO DO MY HOUSE!
